Completely bogus. If he started at say 16, and was active for the next 50 years, to age 66, he would have had to sleep with a different woman at least everyday and more than one on some days for 50 years straight. That's averaging 400 per year.

As an athlete (bodybuilding) looking to go pro, I’ve had a rough year and the past couple of months has been the hardest time; facing depression, overwhelm etc.. listening to this reminded me of the things i know that kept me in a good, functioning state; like having a routine, being conscious of my narrative etc. Literally listening to this during one of the first few workouts of coming back into the flow of training for my mental health (how my bb journey started!) but as you guys said, knowing you’re not alone; especially among those who are extremely successful in their fields gives me a lot of hope for my pursuits. Thanks for this podcast 😌

I like Michael, and I understand his point of view, and I don't doubt his sincerity, but psychiatry is very corrupt. Those people are so incredibly dangerous. I've seen what they do to children behind closed doors when no ones watching because I was one of them. Once they cat ch you you'll never escape. They are vicious.

I really appreciate more nuscline gay guys coming out I know it is really harder for them because the friend groups that they're in usually are not very homo-friendly a lot of times but it is important because when I was young I do thought that being gay comes with a 'specific personality' being feminine and all a stereotype if you must cause that is the only representation I saw as a child when I got into high-school this kick-boxing fighter(He was also a student) asked me out and all I was thinking about was that he is one of those straight guys who just wants to F and then ditch you when their dream girl comes to the door it was not registered in my brain that a guy who is a states gold medalist kick-boxer who do not have any 'gay stereotype' can ever be gay so I kept on rejecting him again and again there is a lot on my part that I could've done better,I should've be more articulated with what I was thinking and I should just be open minded about people's emotions rather than just being a narrow minded kid but also in my defense I was feared that he would make fun of me like those typical movie plots cause I don't know any better turns out he actually really asked me out after college we talked and that he was a bit heart-broken when I rejected him because he wanted someone secure to talk about his actual feelings and about himself that he is not really able to talk about with his 'bros' at that time but he now have a boyfriend they went on a car-ride trip last week they seemed happy and athletic lol I'am happy for them honestly and I wish I could've been there when he actually needed someone rather than be scared and defensive I guess
