I think there was something in Yoma that some rabbis stated that God never turned the scarlet wool white again from 40 years before the temple was destroyed. I guess what they were saying was after the Day of ATonement, God would supernaturally turn the blood-stained wool white again as a sign that God forgave the nation. So what happened exactly 40 years before the AD 70 destruction of the temple? Jesus died as the lamb of God sacrifice for the sins of the world and made an end of the need for animal sacrifices ever again. Anyhow, the rabbi made a pretty big statement stating the Talmud says Jesus was the Son of God. Nobody in 1500 years ever said or saw that in there. I will be shocked if it is in there. Deuteronomy 18:18 alone proves Jesus was the prophet also that was like unto Moses as there are 30 parallels between the two that are so obvious. Muslims try ot use that verse to say it was Mohammad. Did a king try to kill 2 year olds to kill Mohammad? No. Only Jesus and Pharaoh tried this. Nobody else in history fits the obvious parallels. Moses brings in the ADDED covenant or Mosaic covenant UNTIL Jesus brought in the PROMISED covenant or the Christian New Covenant promised way back to Adam and eve in Genesis 3:15 and reiterated to Abraham in Genesis 12:1-3 way 400 years before Moses existed. Jesus also appeared to Abraham with the two angels before Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed to confirm that PROMISED COVENANT AGAIN. Come to Jesus. God said He would send one through the DAvidic line and that was Jesus. He came at the right time prophetically and did what those prophecies said the Messiah would do.
Can you give me WHERE (book and verse) in the Talmud it claims Jesus was the Son of God? Also , if so, why did the majority of rabbis reject Jesus as the Messiah? Was He not the Messiah and God they wanted and if that is true, can they any longer claim to be the people of God? Isn’t that a false dichotomy to claim Jesus is the Son of God and then reject Him as the Son of God? He was the ONLY ONE that could be the Messiah as He came on the scene like Daniel 9:24-27 said the Messiah would come and die for the sins of the Jews AFTER the 69 (483 years) were already fulfilled. There is NO other Messiah ever coming, just the return of Jesus in wrath on the wicked and unbelieving.
Why are people labeled anti Semitic when they criticize Jewish people and or Zionism or Israel. This is the point. Jewish people exploit all other peoples and get angry when you point out facts. Arabs are accepted in Israel and serve in the Israeli army, make up 35% of Israeli doctors and live throughout Israel. There is affirmative action for Arabs and others so in general, there is tolerance and Arabs are equal. There is a pay to slay Jews program though so you could take this as anti Jewish sentiment in some Arab communities.
It's great to see that Eric Clopper saw the light and both of you started cooperating more. Both of you are really important to the intactivist movement.
