Hello I'm Mand I'm from a little town outside Newcastle upon Tyne I'm a wife mother and nanna (grandma) and we all just love food.
I cook a wide range of food from quick budget friendly week night food to if i have the time i like to try new foods I'm lucky my husband also loves food and will try anything.
So come along for the ride and hope you enjoy it if you do click like and subscribe cost nowt !
You cook like my gran and all my aunties and even my dad. Born and raised in Crook in county Durham. Love the Geordie accent but please forget the crazy pressure cooker thing and the daft blitzer machinery. They're not needed for the real taste of the north.
I love you 2 guys and also look forward to your videos. I finish work at lunch time and also watch you for new ideas for my tea. Keep them coming guys ❤
That’s a dish of comfort right there I know what I’m having for my dinner now lol , sounds like you have had quite a week so hope you enjoy your holiday you will need it 👍Amanda xx
Once again, I'm enjoying your video. I had the same problem with a very good make of non-stick frying pan, and I'm thinking that, since it was EXACTLY the same problem, it's dry frying bread that mucks about with the non-stick coating! I made the egg and bacon pie yesterday, a much smaller one than your's, because there's only me, I added sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes to it, and had just that over two nights, it was delicious!
Love melted cheese. On eggs, pizza, sandwiches, tuna melts (have you ever made those?), toasted ham, pasta, chicken parmesan, chicken Kiev, scalloped potatoes, burgers, open face toast... you can't go wrong! My typical grilled cheese has a side of pickles and a puddle of ketchup :) Someday, maybe you'll try poutine. There are restaurants in Toronto that specialize in grilled cheese with all sorts of add-ins: roasted pear, truffle mushrooms, kimchi, chimichurri, pineapple, coriander chutney, chaat masala, paneer bhurji, tomato, refries, avocado, peppers, bacon onion jam, gruyere, Swiss, butter sauteed dates, honey, blanketed in crisp cheese... the sky is the limit.
@@jhutch1681 that’s a very tall order there 😂😂. I’d agree with you on the poutine. I tried making it for my son’s ex who was by the way Canadian 😱😱. Epic fail 😂😂. They split up now. I’m just hoping my poutine didn’t cause it. 😂🥲
I like toasted cheese sandwiches,a breakfast item for me occasionally. No butter on the inside though,to greasy I find, but that may be because I slice up cheese for inside the sandwich, and package cheese tends to be drier.Have a lovely holiday guys.😊
Where I live approximately once a month the church will have a large basement full of clothes for the whole family. Purses boots shoes blouses dresses suits etc..probably 1000 or more pieces of clothing and some toys for kids. ALL FREE..TAKE WHATEVER YOU WANT. Stores that have older inventory that they cannot sell they donate everything to this church. It's all from donations and drop offs that people don't need anymore.
Mand, that looks totally amazing, if it wasn't past nine at night I might just have made that for supper, but that much cheese too late might not be such a great idea. By the way, my son is on his way back down to Leeds now from Newcastle, he was on an urgent call out as an engineer as the Burger King in the city centre has a broken pump and he was sent to try and fix it, however it is still closed as they need a part to fix it so no burgers in Newcastle town tonight thanks for another amazing simple yet delicious meal love to you both as ever, and have a wonderful holiday and a good rest Maggie xxx
