Hi, I'm Elless. I'm not a professional cook. I fell in love with cooking when I was a little girl, watching my mum, who was an amazing cook, creating wonders in the kitchen, and gathering traditions from my wonderful grandmother.
Over the years, I have collected many incredible recipes from around the world, and I am immensely grateful to all of my friends who introduced me to their native cuisines and kindly shared their traditional authentic recipes.
It has been my dream to one day bring that weathered scrapbook full of delicious recipes and wonderful memories to life.
I would love to share with you my favorite quick and easy recipes for healthy home meals, tried and tested over the years and generations, and always made with love.
