✅MAIN INGREDIENTS:
►1 large head of Broccoli (600g)
►4 large Tomatoes
►Pumpkin Seeds 100g ( 1/2 cup)
►Feta Cheese 100g
✅FOR THE SALAD DRESSING:
►extra virgin olive oil (5 tbs)
►small bunch of Parsley
►Juice of 1 Lemon
►1 clove of Garlic
►pinch of salt
✔️RECIPE TIPS:
☘️ Use cold water to cool the Broccoli quickly and keep it firm
☘️ Add some dried Cranberries for extra level of flavour
