Hello ! You once shared mesmerizing performances by Rudenko playing chopin 2nd sonata and etude 10/2, rachmaninov prelude 23 N°7, Pletnev's transcriptions of the Nutcracker and so on. This was prehaps the best live recital available on youtube. Is it still possible to watch these videos ? or to buy them ? I wish I could hear that again so much !

Dear Aliona, you should think before posting such supponent comment, because you can get a surprising answer. Of course you cannot know all languages but Ciajkovskij or Ciaikovski are both correct for italian, or Tchaikovsky (english) or Tjajkovskij (danish) or Tschaikowsky (deutsch) or Čajkovskij .. or ..., there many are different traslitterations in different languages. The video was 'cutted' in Italy where the translation is as you see. If you really wanted to appear competent about traslitteration you should have noticed that the mistake is 'Ciajkowskij' is the 'w', where correct should be 'Ciajkovskij'. A me per esempio fa molto ridere come in russo vengono tradotti i compositori occidentali, come Haydn, che voi traducete con Gaydn, o altri. As my teacher used to say: "Scrub a Dub" It's so true that if you aren't on fire listening to a Vivaldi concerto then something's wrong with you. I just love their energy and comraderie.
The acoustics in the room give this a darker rendition of the piece which isn't to say it's bad, just different compared to other versions on You Tube.

Браво!!! Лучшего исполнения этого произведения я не слышал. В этом произведении столько сложнейших пассажей, что не каждый профессиональный пианист сможет их исполнить.Вы же справились с лёгкостью виртуоза.Но не это главное. Музыка Чайковского прозвучала во всей её красе. Две лирические темы, на которых построено произведение, прозвучали очень выразительно и проникновенно. Ваше исполнение глубоко запало в душу многочисленных любителей музыки. Благодарю за Ваш талант и исполнительское мастерство!!!
