Hi friend! I've read some comments about the alarm sound and beep sounds on the 1456 being very low? Is that true? Did you notice any difference between this and other watches? Did you notice it was too low? Thanks for the video
For $15 you can't go wrong. Even with its shortcomings. These aren't great for accuracy, and these particular Chinese movements usually require hand winding as the rotors are too light to work very well. But a good beater for 15 bucks. Nice work mate 👍
thanks @mCblue79, i have been wearing this watch regularly and maybe im just lucky but the accuracy has been great, i do tend to give it a wind from time to time, just habit, but it does last from bed time to morning still ticking away
Thank you for your time doing this review. Winner has a typical Tongji movement, a variant of the Chinese standard movement. It can be a hit or a miss depending on your lock, does the rotor wind easily or it is stiff? The watch dial looks good, but the bracelet seems awful.
thanks for the info and the comment @johanbertilsson2213 th e watch wound easily and i have been wearing it for 24 hours now and it is keeping good time the bracelet is poor i may change it out for a rubber strap !
Totally agree @steveakka, i have been wearing it for a day now and even though the bracelet is poor, it is still suprisingly comfortable to wear, and being a 40mm watch with a good lug to lug size is not too bulky for my 6 3/4 inch wrist.

It will be interesting to see if the watch stands up to every day life has good has a Casio can I have a couple of cheep Casio watches witched I wore in my job has a telephone engineer both retired like me i wore them for 10y I different one about once I month both are I bit banged up but still working fine
thanks for the comment @eddiejonesredvees i also have a couple of casios i have had for years now though i would suggest that although the Casios are still good value for money, the better value is the SKMEI i have reviewed a couple of these previously, and have another one to review shortly
Sanda do make ok watches. you do get what you pay for. Zinc alloy or plastic cases that wear very quickly, the former turns Black with wear, and the casebacks press on and not screw on. They are more a novelty. Often they have reasonable Miyota quarts movements which is pretty good for a ten buck watch.
Coupla hints... Keep all activity in the field of view, get a better mike, turn off whatever is humming, and try to cut down your use of 'yeah'.. other than that 😊 good review, but a divers homage should have at least 5atm.. imo

@@justonewatch I have it already for a few months. It cost me nothing as first aliexpres purchase, but I wouldnt buy it if I knew how quality of buttons is. Button travel is too long. Sometimes it doesnt make beep, sets stopwatch and stop at same time. I would buy Casio and have extra bonus clear and sharp display with better viewing angle.
Thanks for getting back into making videos. Can you please do a 1 week accuracy test on this watch? I bought a Sanda digital, which gains approximately 4 to 5 seconds per day! For a digital watch, I would expect that accuracy per month.

That's amazing. Thanks for the shout out, I feel very Hollywood at the moment. Please compare against your phone or an interment world time website or something. With my Sanda gaining 4 to 5 seconds per day, it really keeps me from buying as many as I would otherwise. Thank you for expanding your test to several more time pieces. It'll be very interesting and very helpful!

I always liked casio but their prices are getting too high on some of the budget end and too many of their displays are just too small like a base model Gshock 5600E I wish I hadnt bought, the display is too freakin small and so is the watch itself. I just got a SKMEI 1134 and im telling ya I love this watch, its same style as a square Gshock but bigger display and much bigger case not to mention the factory band fits my eight and a half inch wrist whereas the casio Gshock didnt even come close. Im really liking SKMEI's offereings better than many Casio's these days, Casio needs to bring their prices into line and take a look at SKMEI before they start losing sales.
i completely agree @yambo59. Casio can be a bit cheap especially when it comes to bracelets, for the money they charge. they do have a cheaper GShock alternative which i am looking to get for review.
Exactly. Casio got lazy and is just cashing in on their old stock. They lost their spark for innovation and will be beaten out by Skmei and others if they don't step it up.
For Petes sake please hold the watch still so it will FOCUS-!! Hard to get a good look at the display when its continually going in and out of focus-! I ordered one in the regular display awhile back and the band did not fit my large eight and a half inch neanderthal wrist so had to get a NATO - its a simple 22" spring bar lug design so band swapping is a breeze. Just ordered the reverse black display thats why I was trying to get a good look at this one but didnt hold still long enough for it to focus - but im sure its a great watch I know the regular one I have works great, as said in the video these watches are an astounding value for readability and affordability.
