Cailin was first introduced to Pilates in 2005 and has been practicing at studios in Boston, New York and Charlotte ever since. She felt an immediate connection with the movements in both body and mind, and knew immediately she wanted to share her passion for it with others. In 2006, she received her Pilates Mat certification through Power Pilates in Boston, and began teaching classes in New York. After having two children and experiencing the benefits of equipment-based Pilates throughout and after her pregnancies, she became an even stronger believer in the movement system and wanted to take her teaching to the next level. In 2014, she took the Comprehensive Equipment Training Program through Balanced Body, and taught group equipment classes and private one-on-one sessions at Davidson Pilates through Spring 2018.

I've been doing some tough pilates classes (with too much yoga in them for me). I love this it did not feel as 'tough' but it felt more effective. thanks.
Love this shorter workout! I started subscribing to your channel, and then your website, in 2020, and I still find your videos to be fantastic for my home workouts. I try other channels when I curious about more moves but LOVE IT MOST when you give us new ones; you are by far my favorite teacher.
