Cailin was first introduced to Pilates in 2005 and has been practicing at studios in Boston, New York and Charlotte ever since. She felt an immediate connection with the movements in both body and mind, and knew immediately she wanted to share her passion for it with others. In 2006, she received her Pilates Mat certification through Power Pilates in Boston, and began teaching classes in New York. After having two children and experiencing the benefits of equipment-based Pilates throughout and after her pregnancies, she became an even stronger believer in the movement system and wanted to take her teaching to the next level. In 2014, she took the Comprehensive Equipment Training Program through Balanced Body, and taught group equipment classes and private one-on-one sessions at Davidson Pilates through Spring 2018.

I love your stretchy band workouts! They helped me so much with all my pain. I’m a classical musician and since I found you my posture and overall strength made my daily work a lot easier. (Plus that nice side effect that my body looks super toned haha). Could you create a playlist with all your stretchy band workouts? :)

I love this class! We are experiencing the edge of a hurricane here in Maui. Not a great day for our normal outdoor activities, so this was an amazing indoor routine for today. Love this shorter workout! I started subscribing to your channel, and then your website, in 2020, and I still find your videos to be fantastic for my home workouts. I've seen some real improvement in the last four years. My lower back/sciatic issues are now very well controlled. Thank you so much!!!! ❤🙏

I try other channels when I curious about more moves but LOVE IT MOST when you give us new ones; you are by far my favorite teacher. Even when I do pilates on my own, I end up replaying your videos as you always improve my moves and range. Everyday I use your videos. thank you. i love these pilates classes with the ball. if you could do one that blends abs and thighs with the mini ball i would watch that 2x a week at least .

Thank you for this 30 days playlist. I was looking for a course that starts from the very simple steps of pilates for people who are begginer and don't have strong muscles yet. I did day one and two and it was perfect for me.
