@richardVobes There is a part of this story that I don't understand. WHY did the "govt" set up this trust in the 1st place? I have been using the Bill of Exchange process so I have SOME understanding that there is this "remedy" available to us. I'm still learning, have no real success to hang my top hat on so far. I totally believe this is all true but the missing puzzle piece for me is why do they set this trust up in the 1st place? What's in it for them?
I think there is a problem here. It appears to be just an echochamver. Richard says he is happy for people who disagree but takes down anyone who does, however polite they are. It appears then he says one thing and does another. Why not debate properly with the comments. Otherwise he appears disingenuous and just for personal gain and donations.
RU-vid takes down comments that do not align with the government's narrative. If you are echoing government/BBC talking points you will never be deleted. Richard never deletes comments so I don't think you are being honest..
There's a whole list of people who were critics of some of the nonsense he comes out with and, surprise, surprise, they've disappeared. It's not just posts that get deleted, he shadow bans quite a few people.
And to be politically correct they are renaming in some sectors - for example social services - your Christian name, has become your first name, so as not to upset anyone who is not a Christian?
hi richard , i live in royal tunbridge wells in kent ,id just like to say that the farmers in and around this area are selling there green fields and orchards off to the filthy developers like dandara , most of our wild life has been destroyed by these mindless money grabbing idiots and our insects are very few and far between because of mindless idiots that spray poison on our pathways and on any fields that are left , they also spray poison on our wild plants that we use for medication ,is it not time we started to protect our environment from being destroyed by these mindless over paid morons.
That lady seems lovely, but it also seems that she doesnt realise she is interrupting everyone else, just causing noise that the listener (and the other participants) has to focus to hear the info rather than her.
Confusion that you are helping to create. If you don't want to play their game, do not take their money. Do not drive on their roads, or connect to their utilities. Do you expect everyone to work for free to give you what you want?
Anytime you sign a form saying its true and correct without correcting the legalese words such as "UK", or some other two or three letter code, your agreeing that your a "resident" in a corpse oration and therefore incorporated or an employee. Therefore you have to follow company policy. Don't sign a contract saying its true and correct if they cant tell you where those words are defined in legislation and what they actually mean. The values of family life are changing by some and children are not sharing social interactions with parents grand parents and extended families apart from maybe once a year then support for each other would be there in a non judgmental way
Hi Richard, another great presentation. I just wondered if you knew what had happened to Gary Waterman. He seems to be off radar at the moment. Maybe just me but there's been nothing new from a guy that was pretty prolific.
I have used the constitution many a time, aspesualy on parking fines. The English Bill of Rights 1688 says that any fines or forfeiture before being found guilty in a magistrates court is elegal and void. In other words, they are committing an offence . This is a constitutional act it trumps an ordinary act ,it's written in stone , and the king and his successors have to swear to uphold the constitutional acts. They will try to intimidate you with debt collectors, and then they are breaking the blackmail act under section 21, trying to obtain money or good by threats .
Being ruled by what other people think of you, is what politicians are all about. They do not care what the ordinary people think (or know) about them, but only about what their `inner circle` thinks of them. Adolf Hitler and his closest `henchmen` being a prime example of this dangerous game of `follow my leader` which they have become so adept at playing, and to snitch on anyone who is not seen to be towing the official party line, thus hopefully getting rid of them and assuring themselves of yet another foot to be tentatively placed higher up on the rung of this ladder of spawning `yes men` which they have become only too willing to climb . . . . . . . at any cost!!
This is a fraud. You pay your money and wait several weeks and nothing ever arrives. Meanwhile you send lots of emails asking for delivery updates, and never get a reply. Finally, you are forced to lodge a fraud complaint with your credit card co, for a refund. Just as I did.

Funny that some Europeans find sympathy with Russians in recent conflict, rather than their own corrupt governments...and it's understandable. But do you really think there is difference between any of them? Look at the symbol of today's Russian federation. It's a symbol of Rothschild family. In fact it symbolizes the victory of the Rothschild family over Tartars, whom they depicted as a dragon. Why do you think built St.Basil "spiral" cathedral? Because they were mosques, built by Tartars. Talking about free energy...the Nikola Tesla recognized its existence and was buried because of it by Rockefeller and co. Never ever take things personally, that's not my job! 2. Always accept your reality. It's an illusion anyway and you don't have to like it, BUT, where do you want to be? Regardless of what has been said here Section 172 requires the form to be correctly filled in which includes signing it, if that isn’t done correctly you have not fulfilled your obligations. This means that you can (and will) be prosecuted for not complying with Section 172 which carries a fine of up to £1,000. Rules are rules end of!
