They are contracted to the Crown corporation; not you. Look up the Baron David Ward Affidavit; the section dealing with the fraud of the secret elective ballot process.
If there was no valid reason to put in the speed limit on the motorway that night then could they be legally in the wrong for causing a problem like an obstruction according to the traffic and road regulations?"

So much of this is going on, parking companies are a prime example. One word of advice, keep all your correspondence both ways, answer their letters and ask sensible questions, challenge everything if you think you are being treated unfairly. These companies have to answer your questions, it's in their code of conduct to do so. DO NOT GET ABUSIVE.
Not sure about current legislation but before an attachment to earnings order can be served on an employer it has/had to go through the court system and signed by a magistrate…..as I recall. It’s the company, the employer that deducts the amount from the employees salary and then goes on to pay in to the court system, again as I recall, it has/had to be means tested. You are 100% correct when you say that it is all because you questioned it - I have the exact same story as you because I questioned it also - I told Richard about it a couple of months - my court case is on Aug 8th - they have stolen £1300 from my wages and are now threatening me with a driving ban - I need to drive for my job so they are wanting to completely wreck me - I have all the evidence ready for August 8th and my fingers are double and treble crossed. This happened to me with school fines after taking the kids on holiday. Despite proving that no court order existed on the public record and case law stating that if a court can fine or imprison, it is a court of record. Sian Jones gave me that case law after I submitted an FOIA request. The letter that myself and my employer received was also from "designated officer". There's absolutely no accountability.

Discovering that your account is frozen only happens when you attempt to use your bank services, highlighting the corruption that exists in the system. Very corrupt here.

There is a common Law that says you do not need a driving licence unless it is for commerce. So what is the no licence number about. I am not a number I am a free man.. NUMBER 6 in the Prisoner. . IF the original fine was reimbursed then there cannot be a fine for not supplying the licence number as the original offence had admittedly been rescinded.

Even the authorities in Pakistan are known to regard Britain as one of the most corrupt countries, and warn their businessmen appropriately. Yes Pakistan.
If they refunded the original £100 fine, surely this must be because the original 'offence' was deemed not to have been committed and, this being the case, they would not have needed the driving licence number. They should therefore also refund you the fine you paid for the driving licence 'offence'.

I am currently in the middle of a similar situation. On the A20 in Kent, around the section which runs from Sidcup to Swanley, Tfl have imposed, since last October (2023), a 40mph limit on the stretch, due to a risk of flooding. The normal limit is 70mph, the National Speed Limit. I was travelling eastwards and had not seen any signs advising me of the restriction, so I incurred a 'fixed penalty' (speeding fine). I queried it, but although I am one of over 1,400 drivers who have fallen foul of this temporary speed restriction, with apparently, little or no visible signage, the police have refused to waive these fines. I am resigned to pay, but in my correspondence, I am referring to the police as "your Company" and dealing with it as if I have received an invoice - I also refer to it as such. But hey-ho....my 'protest' is being able to use these terms ("Company", "invoice")....!!

Absolutely disgusting that honest, hard working, upstanding citizens of this country are being victimised in this way, especially when the real criminals ( and we all know who they are ! ) are untouchable for TRUE criminality. I was recently caught " speeding " having been clocked by a manned speed camera doing 35 mph in a 30mph zone. The road in question is the main road out of our village and it goes from a. 30mph limit back into a 40mph limit when traffic has passed the school, shop, garage and bus stand. I had passed the school doing 20mph as always ( I am very mindful of the dangers of children running out onto the road ) then I usually accelerate back up to 30mph when the road ahead is clear. I, most likely, hit 35mph before checking my speed and backing off the accelerator when I looked at my speedometer ( every driver should be looking at the road ahead and assessing any potential risk or hazard .. which is impossible if we are constantly looking at our speedo's - we can only really look at our speed around every 10 to 15 seconds safely ) I must have reached 35mph for all of 50 yards maximum before decelerating. Now I am either getting a £100 fine and 3 points on my licence or an £89 fine and attending a speed awareness course. The most annoying thing is : drivers constantly travel along that road at speeds in excess of 50mph, especially early mornings when there is nobody about and never get caught. I believe it is high time we changed these laws to " driving without due care and attention, rather than these ridiculous " speeding " limit offences. I am 63 years old. I drive a Mini and I have never had any points on my licence which I have held for around 40 years. I have absolutely nothing but contempt for the police these days ( and I used to respect them ) The same goes for all so called " authorities " We are living in extremely dangerous times if we value freedom.

Listening to this story reminds me of how my son was caught by the DVLA without road fund licence. He was pulled over and his then girlfriends mum paid the £300+ on her credit card so they could continue their journey; for a years road tax and a release fee for the wheel clamp. 6 months later he was arrested for ,I believe, non payment of a fine from the court. Turns out they sent it to the wrong address, and from there on he received several copies of court documents which he would provide evidence of the payment and they would say sorry we will send it back to the DVLA. This continued over two years until he was arrested and his case went to the crown court. He attended as required, gave them all the evidence he had in his possession and made the Judges laugh when he pointed out it was like the Asterix the Gaul episode where he goes to the place that drives you mad. They sent it back to the magistrates court to be reheard. They put a note on the file stating in their opinion the monies had been paid so there should be no further action. They DVLA still tried to get him to pay a further £50.
