My church was going through a lot we did not have a pastor, the sub was lying to the people, and my favorite staff was trying to be kicked off staff. My mom and dad heard about it and immediately went to the Personal Team and the pastor search team and was told to hold on to it. And they agreed that he should leave. But right when they were about to kick him off staff. His friend who was part of personnel said that he should stay and God spoke to all of the rest of the staff! We found a pastor and are very happy that he is still there! God is the greatest!
This music gives me mixed emotions, the first time I heard it was at my father's funeral, it was his favorite worship song and the psalmist sang it to say goodbye with my father. I heard it and I started to cry, I cried because of my father's death and because the lyrics went deep into my heart because I was so far away from God at that time. In the days that followed, I avoided listening to it because it didn't matter where, my tears flowed one after another and I couldn't hold it back so I stopped listening to it for a while until in my room, I wore it. I listened to it and started to think about it and it hurt me to feel how far away I was from God. And I understand that I have lost a biological father whom I love with all my heart, but the heavenly father wants to fill the holes in my soul,
