Going to bed happy is underrated. Avoiding anything that would stimulate my mind with negative thoughts 3-5 hours before sleep was a game changer.

i dont understand the experiment. if the issue was the sls/sles in shampoos that cause problems. why would the experiment be not washing the hair for a year against washing + shampoo? shouldnt it be showering with shampoo vs showering without shampoo? and if the results is the same it proves shampoo is not needed. i feel there is a hidden agenda behind this video

Would you rather have some natural level of skin around your hair shafts (labeled as “dandruff” to make us think it’s bad so we feel urged to buy something), or would you rather have cancer? My hair looks the great, & if anyone feels the need to inspect my scalp with magnification they will see what a healthy natural scalp looks like. Natural is not for everyone. Some people absolutely prefer a chemically oriented life. To each their own. I pick & choose. I occasionally take methylene blue for mitochondrial health, & it’s not a natural compound.

Just quit a 10 days ago. WOW! I have never felt better and more level headed. I had insomnia for about 4 days which SUCKED! But guys, I actually dream now and it’s so neat! I do not think weed is a bad thing. But man if you’ve been smoking for years I’d urge you to try and quit for just a month. Call it a “ T break”. It’s worth it!

For me, the oura ring is amazing and I have like $500 plus a month worth of subscriptions not including mortgages or bills or contracts but yes memberships are considered subscriptions like gyms or clubs fees so the six dollar a month fee to the ring is no problem as long as I utilize it, and I only skipped the three because I gained weight with the oura two didn’t fit me any more so now they released the four that actually fits me size 15 so yes but then what do I do when I lose weight buy it from Best Buy with the warranty because Best Buy lets me replace the size at least my local Best Buy because they said just prove it and we will let you replacethe ring for any reason you have as long as you prove you have a reason

Mix these- Indian soapberry, Indian gooseberry, Acacia concinna, Fenugreek. Make a powder of these ingredients and make a paste of it and apply in your hair and see the results.

Unprofessional opinion: For ppl who can’t sleep- make babies OR watch someone else’s kids for a weekend (potentially every weekend) I bet you’re exhausted and reset your circadian rhythm !!

You were doing it wrong and she is lying to you! Wash with hot water and scrub well. Your hair will be healthier and more likely Not To Fall Out! Or turn grey etc. A mild healthy shampoo will not harm you and you may need to due to getting very dirty, but you don't have to wash your hair normally and you will be better for it.

I swear that for the last few years all the major brands of shampoo... even the sulfite free stuff makes me break out cuz it goes into my hair follicles and infects them... then I get super acne in the back of my head.

You can cook with extra virgin olive oil over high heat. Smoke point is not that important.

i also stopped using shampoo.. now i use moroccan rhassoul clay which i highly recommend :) just mix a little teaspoon with some water and ur good to go

No you live longer because of what you put in your body and how active you are, you never see an obese person that is over the age of 80 you never really see that many fat people live till they’re older than 90 stop this

A lot of people are saying these cause problems when walking on concrete. Thats because you are walking in them like they are your regular shoes. Most people dont know how to walk correctly whilst barefoot as they are used to wearing shoes.

Use marseille soap. I have used the most natural schampoos from the health store, one liter bottles that are not expensive, for 42 years. They used to contain 5 ingredients but now they contain 22. At one point I made my own shampoo but that was troublesome and not much different. Then I understood also these are unhealthy so I researched. I found out you can wash your hair with marseille soap. I did it now for 2 years and I will never go back. The hair feels rough like horsehair but only when wet so don't worry about that. This rough feeling when wet goes away after 1 or 2 years. My hair feels so good now. It is easyto do. Soak the soap or just wet it and rub it on your hair. I buy cheap marseille soap from an arabic or turkish shop. I kilo with 5 soaps cost 5€. I forbid perfumes in my home. My brush never smells after I started to use this arabic ''marseille'' soap. You can get rid of dandruff with a strong decoction of cut bayberry root bark. Pour it on the head/scalp and let stay there. Cook 1 tbs for 1 cup of water slowly for 20 minutes. It will also stop hairloss. More info about hair see herballegacy.com and the source in herbal medicine Dr. John R. Christopher. I think you need to use the decoction only once or twice. I am not sure about that, but I think it gets handled very qhuckly. Of course there is no danger in using it more times. It is just a root bark from a medicinal herb. I hope you will also do this.

Sodium lauryl sulphate is not a petrol chemical. It is obtained from certain saline environments, like Hot springs. It is akin to the ashes and fat example given in this video.

Here are good ways to reduce refined white sugar in your body and life from TODAY : 1. As much as possible DO NOT buy or eat products that have sugar as the first or main ingredient. Read those ingredients lists anytime you pick up a sugary product. Make sure sugar is NOT the first thing in the ingredients list!!! 2. BAN white refined sugar from your kitchens and social gatherings! All books on nutrition state that refined white sugar is very BAD for the body and to have unrefined natural sugar instead. SO STOP buying white refined sugar and buy unrefined natural sugar instead, organic if possible too. 3. Restaurants and cafe's are often offering white refined sugar to the public. SO it is important a. to complain to them about it and to demand unrefined natural sugar to encourage them to put it about. And b. To bring a little container with unrefined natural sugar with you in your bag to add that healthier sugar to your tea and coffee instead of the white sugar about. 4. When cooking and making desserts NEVER USE REFINED WHITE SUGAR, use an unrefined natural sugar, fruit and honey instead. AND halve the amount of sugar stated in the recipes and put less than that if you can. You will need to experiment here to find the lowest level of sugar that works for you!! Sweeten desserts with fruit and natural things instead like chopped raisins, chopped dates, chopped banana, chopped grapes, honey etc. 5. Make your own desserts and AVOID SUPERMARKET AND SHOP BOUGHT CAKES and desserts!! Most supermarket and shop bought cakes in the UK have sugar as the first and main ingredient!!! THEY ARE VERY BAD FOR EVERYONE'S HEALTH!!! Now many men have very rotten teeth, and many women are two or three times the size they should be and they all have other health problems too that are making them sad and miserable. Never should a cake or dessert be made mainly of refined white sugar. Try to make the main ingredients of your desserts something healthy eg fruit, wholemeal flour, ground oats etc. 6. It is important to complain to the supermarkets and shops that their cakes contain far too much sugar and the unhealthiest type of sugar too!! It is important to complain about it or they will continue to put these about everywhere and right in front of children and everyone which makes children more likely to lose half their teeth before they are 30 and those products also cause many other health problems to the community! Encourage supermarkets, shops and bakers to have healthy ingredients as the MAIN ingredients of their cakes and desserts and definitely NOT REFINED WHITE SUGAR. They can use a healthy sugar instead like unrefined natural sugar in their cakes and desserts and they should reduce the amount of sugar too so it is not the main ingredient. The more people demand these things the more likely people and shops will put these things about. Supermarket, shop and bakery staff can focus their time and energy on putting about mainly healthy desserts instead of mainly unhealthy desserts and cakes! IN ALL THINGS FOOD RELATED, OUR HEALTH NEEDS TO BE THE PRIMARY FOCUS. If the product is healthy, if the main ingredients are healthy then stock those products. If a product contains mainly unhealthy things eg. mainly refined white sugar and refined oil, then do NOT stock it! 7. Try to study and find out how much added sugar you are consuming every day currently. Write down every product you buy and eat for a period of 2 weeks and be as accurate as you can. Notice how much sugar you are putting in your body and then think of good sugar swaps you can make. Adults should have max 28grams of sugar a day = 7 teaspoons of added sugar. Children under 10 should have max 20grams = 5 teaspoons of sugar a day. 1 teaspoon of sugar is about 4 grams. 8. Research healthy snack ideas on the internet, in books and from the people around you and keep healthy sweet snacks in your bag everyday for those times you need or crave something sweet. eg a portion of raisins and nuts, fresh fruit etc. www.nhs.uk/healthier-families/food-facts/healthier-food-swaps/ The NHS website has some good ideas for sugar swaps 9. Remember to brush teeth twice a day, every day so your teeth stay strong and do not weaken, rot or fall out early. 10. Try to have a glass of tap water after anything sweet to wash the sugar off your teeth. Sometimes we eat when we are actually thirsty too. Keep a bottle of tap water with you everyday and flavour it naturally with the fresh juice of half a lemon or lime, slices of cucumber, a teaspoon of honey, fresh, chopped mint etc. These things can ALL be done from TODAY! If you want to share your opinion and experience on weed at least tell people what kind of human are you and how does weed affect you. For example if any weed binds you to the couch then you should stop or be really careful. For me as an example, any weed energizes my brain and makes me want to do lots of stuff, especially sativa. If you come on the internet and spread some random thoughts you don't help anyone.
