Hi, I'm Razorblade1812. I do playthroughs and upload OSTs of various obscure games that nobody has ever heard of, which also includes various Psygnosis games that I posted on my channel. And no, I do NOT (or rarely) post playthroughs of very famous and very well known games such as Spyro and all other games, as everybody else already done that to death before, so I don't have to do it. I will also occasionally post some Wrestling Game videos too. And as you also notice, I do game reviews too, but mostly on obscure and also crappy common stuff.
Hallo von Spanien! I love this intro... I wish this company is still active, but... As I can see, you're a fan of the serie (I mean, Taboo Charming Mother). I recently discovered you uploaded a playlist of this series, and I'd like to correct something, 1 theme: Wishful - Osvaldo Hector Porrini Montes Is on RU-vid, you can add it! Also, I'm interested in knowing how were you able to find the other names, since Shazam doesn't recognise them. I'd like to know which are the other names you weren't able to put in the playlist! Danke!!
@@Razorblade1812 Oh, I didn't watch it, I'll take a look! Thank you for the information. I'm trying to collect info about the series and also making a fandom website, including the soundtrack. I think you did it very well uploading that playlist! Just to make it perfect, remove the info text "Ray Russell [PRS] - Wishful" (because you've already updated it). I wonder if there's more unlisted tracks! BTW, did you know there's an extended ending? (just 40 seconds, but at least you see the father's reaction!, hahaha).
FINALY AFTER SOO MANY YEARS I PLAYED THIS GAME I WAS 7-8 YEARS OLD NOW IM 29 HOLY SMOKE 🎉 I COULD NOT BEAT THIS LEVEL THE GIANT ALWAYS DESTROYED THE BUILDING 😂😂 WISH I COULD PLAY IT NOW I HAD PS1 PS2 SND NOW IM ROCKING WITH PS4
It's interesting, your crosshair position is being translated correctly, where for example if you shoot on "your" screen in the bottom left, it outputs on the bottom left of the "game" screen, which is rotated 90 degrees CW and would appear more like on the top left or so. I'm not familiar with how emulation really works, but this is at least what is happening here.
@@Razorblade1812 , Yeah of course, but just the fact it's coming along. I like seeing any improvement in mame as it's such a slow process 😆. The PS2 port was good, just wish I could get the guns working with it on pcsx2, the camera emulation was done and works great as you probably know.
@@CDbiggen ATM, there is no emulation of the Hyperblaster/Justifier lightgun on PCSX2, as that light gun is the only light gun the port supports. No Guncon 2 nor original Guncom support in the PS2 port. A no-brainer, considering that Konami had a PS1 game that supported a Namco peripheral, that being the PS1 port of the super-dupa rare Arcade racing game Speed King (Road Rage overseas)-
@@Razorblade1812 , Yep, that's the trouble. Just waiting on that hyper blaster support. I managed to map the light guns to analogue stick which worked kinda, but if the gun leaves the screen it auto centered, so not ideal. There were some justifier to guncom patches going around but couldn't find one for this. And yeah no excuse for Konami to not have guncom support by then.
Hey there! I saw that you have uploaded certain henati music ost such as Discipline and Taboo charming mother. I too was able to find music from certain OVAs and I came to realize that they use production music from various libraries. Its so fascinating. I can share with you what soundtracks I have found. Also how did you figure to find them? I am curious how you did it?
When I looked at a video for Depravity (I can't think of its original Japanese name ATM), I noticed that it features one of the musical pieces from FirstCom, which is part of Universal Production Music, the same company that I discovered from when I randomly found music used in Dewi Mayangsari, aka. Beauty & Warrior. That discovery inspired me to find music tracks in OVAs. As for what you've found, sure. Go ahead. I primarily used the AHA Music Finder to find them. The usage of production music is what makes incredibly obscure stuff like XEHTAN always worth watching. I wonder if you have found that one piece of music featured in Taboo Charming Mother, that I was trying to find, but to no avail. It's not Stolen Lives by Ray Russell, but something else I don't know the name of.
@@Razorblade1812 I saw that you had a steam link in your channel. I was going to message you there so we can talk more about this. I’m not sure if you still have a steam account
The best soundtrack in games. I remember this game. A friend had a CD and couldn't get through the first round for a whole year. He turned on the game for me for the sake of music. I accidentally pressed the buttons and got a canopy kick, then he immediately guessed what to do. They jumped with happiness. His older brother and a friend came to us right away. They drank beer and watched us play, prompted us. We played all night because there were no parents and it was the weekend. After many hours in the game, we started playing so well that we combined cool things in the game. Oh, what cool times, nostalgia.
On Christmas I got the PlayStation 1 I was super young this was the first game my parent bought for me I must of been 10 or something can’t remember. Never forgot this game.
Great video. Im looking at your game collection on the cabinets. How did you get the art work to go all the way round your box and in fill the front side and back with info?
I primarily used Imagemagick to automatically create the spines via commands and a CSV list, processed through the for /F command. As for the cabinets themselves, I had to find the right coordinates to place them. It was tough without the proper helpers that you get in like map editors.
