After years of watching reactors, I finally decided to try it myself! I personally get excited every time I discover a new reaction channel, hopefully I have this effect on you :)
Movies that deserve more reactions: - Stranger Than Fiction - Pleasantville - In the Name of the Father
Thank you so much to anyone who kindly wants to send treats or anything else! 😊

So many things start off being romanticized, but are eventually reduced to numbers. Then once they're reduced to numbers, the people who aren't using numbers are going to fail. It's not that pure math can replace the actions and training of people on the ground, but it can calculate the real benefit of things played by 'ear' or by experience alone. It's sort of sad in a way, because that type of high level "experience" based strategy gets driven under by cold calculation. But the calculation wins.
Of all the movie reactors out there, I think you are the best one to react to another out-of-the ordinary movie. - please give Harold and Maude a go - it's a superb movie.
If you want to see some excellent movies starring Nick Nolte, who played their dad, try 'Prince of Tides' with Barbara Streisand; and an earlier movie called 'The Deep' with the stunning Jacqueline Bisset - a superb action-thriller.
I thought Mickey Rourke did an outstanding job in this movie. Unfortunately, I think the Director was a chickenshit for NOT ending the movie. Either he dies or he doesn't -- but MAKE the choice, Mr. Director. Leaving the ending up to the viewers to "interpret" is a cowards way to end the movie. Shame on the Director.
Btw Combo the Racist guy is part Jamacian. For people who pass and wonder where did I see him because he has that way about roles, he played Al Capone in boardwark empire, played a gangster in the Irishman and you would not know was same man as here and has been in many hollywood films here and there. Is a tv show by the great Jimmy McGovern a liverpool scriptwriter, who is top tier show to watch called the street. Every episode was based on a new story and you may see people mixing about sometimes, his episode of that is an absolute work of art. And he is just a sound bloke all around Stephen Graham from what I have seen.
Just a few interesting points, Paddy also co wrote the story with Shane. Sonny is played by an very good ex boxer, like he was a great fighter and model Gary Stretch who was amazing in this in what must be a tough role to play. There are more than one real life Considines in this film.
Awesome movie. Great actor in my books, Malbro man. Mickey always did his job. Thanks for reaction keep up the fantastic job you do. Respect for Mickey an all his movies. And Chrissie as well take care.
Definitely a powerful movie, but I struggle with the abuse of women and children. Seeing the kids all crying while their mum gets the shit kicked out of her downstairs. To much to handle watching.
I remember being locked up and they had to keep this other guy in solitary cause we found out what he did and it was a greenlight to make things right.
Guess what boss... She aint coming back. This was a hard watch my mom dated alot if abusive men. But seeing the woman stand up and say no more was such a beautiful thing to see
Great reaction and this was such a great movie, it just so happened to be the last film I watched with my late father. PS: you need to get round to hanging your Gustav Klimt 'Kiss' on your wall. 😉
Wrestling has changed quite a bit, but this movie is a pretty accurate depiction of life after wresting for a lot of the stars of the 70s and 80s. Even quite a few from the 90s and early 2000s. Thankfully, most of the drugs are out of the locker rooms in the major promotions, so we're not seeing guys die of heart attacks at 35-40 anymore.
I loved Nacho Libre personally. It's underrated IMO, but on a level with Napoleon Dynamite (same director) but a bit goofier, which might be the reason some people recoil. If you want another classic movie with a serious wrestling scene, but a noir, try Night and the City from 1950.
