Lois, there are some secrets that should be kept to yourself. At least Batman figured who Superman is on his own. So I sew Batman the animated series and Super-man the animated series at my grandparents's place as a kid. They had deeper voice
My issue with Lois is that she's a hypocrite, she lies and keeps secrets from others and even ropes Clark and Jimmy into her Schemes but gets mad when its done to her.
The infamous scene where she forces Clark Kent to reveal his identity by throwing herself off a building, despite contention from younger generations of viewers, is actually consistent with the Lois Lane character. The Lois Lane of the Silver Age comics would often recklessly put herself in danger deliberately to expose Superman and this trait was carried over to the Margo Kidder version as she would also throw herself off a building and even Niagara Falls just to try and prove that Clark Kent was Superman.
Why does Clark think that he's the alien invader he's not it was Brainiac that destroyed Krypton in the first place and Superman was supposed to be the hero and he thought it was his fault but it was actually Brainiac that destroyed Krypton and almost destroyed his home
Lol we all simp hot characters but we also need to give them some fair criticisms so Clark wins this one keeping his privacy as he should so lay off Lois you meatriders 🙄🙄🙄
I like how people just assume we’re supposed to think Lois is in the right here (the episode never frames her as in the right) and that characters are not allowed to be wrong. Lois makes one mistake that in character for her to do and everyone fucking crucifies her.
Who does she think she is she has no right to force him to reveal his powers to her when she constantly lying to then and now you expect him to be honest when she not som nerve
"....Play what?" I just love how he tries to play dumb one last time knowing full well she won't believe him or even answer that , the voice actor portrayed that feeling really well I think.
clark could have explained everything to lois if she would listen then she would know why he kept it a secret if the enemys found outt who he was she would have been in deep danger like darkside lex or even worse brainiac
Damn, my boy Kent got shot through the heart with this one... in the name of all men, we feel you. From a purely emotional standpoint, I can see this making sense, if we take Clark and Lois' backstories into account. It's Clark thinking logically on keeping a secret from Lois, who lost someone suddently after being deprived of information. Logically, despite Lois claiming the classic "it's over", this is an easy fix. Let her cool out and think, make her get into a dangerous situation because she knows his identity in the next episode or so, make it so Superman himself is given aid by Lois and boom: character development for the both of them, Lois learns she must respect his privacy and Clark learns it's okay to let his identity out for someone so close and important like her. It's a good show, so I'm betting it's what's gonna happen.
Dangers is one thing but The fact she wanted to expose someone just doing good? How was he meant to feel? "Ah yea I am sure that her drive to dirty the rep of his paragon of good, me, and put all he is in danger just for a story. This is in no WAY a red flag and I should tell her all of my secrets"
This Superman cartoon were such a surprise to me! I have been a life-long Superman fan since my childhood in Nigeria and I love this! This version of Lois was also another surprise. She is a gonzo journalist and strong female without any feminist nonsense and she looks attractive. Clark is heroic, lovable, and not a cynical evil "realistic" character like Snyder kept making him. It's like westerners actually decided to make a good Super hero show devoid of toxic identity politics, with great characters a d writing and also a positive masculine character and feminine character😯👍
