Bruh why is exercising so complicated😭 even on posts that are like “it’s actually not” it still is😭😭 for people that are less overwhelmed, though, great viddddd
Sergeant Eckert, I found a relatively recent PRT page that said the plank is only 3:25 max, and that for sub-20 males! For the low-20s males I remember "ok" (50 points) is for run, pushups, and plank individually "just break 13:15 on a 1.5 mile run" *or* 42+ pushups *or* 1:20 plank, while perfect marks are 8:30-, 87+, or 3:20 respectively.
Targeting pull-ups in the future, so I will be reaching out. Its been less the couple of months in the gym with three routines setup. Just started using the 40 percent rule two days ago with light weight; bicep, delts and triceps, 200, 100, and 200 reps. 🇺🇲 ⚓️
I’m in the army and I used to struggle to get a minute or even the minimum 1:30, started planking basically everyday and got to 2:42 by slowly adding increments every few days. I still struggle but I realized it’s not too much about strength or being super fit but a lot of mental strength. I had to mentally get used to pushing past that barrier and knowing how to slightly shift my weight. Mental tricks like shift weight slightly to one side every 15-20 secs or laying my hands flat and then making fists. Just little tricks to get me mentally occupied. I also watch the timer and set it to a countdown. I absolutely cannot plank with having the timer in front of me because I need to know how to mentally pace myself
