I think the flying muscle up is more of a gymnastics move and the last one looks like a great way to fracture your wrists. I actually learned one arm pull up with decent form very quickly. And I'm not even close to doing a muscle up or any variations you mentioned.. idky people say one armed pull up is hard
You mean a one arm pull Up with the other hand holding your wrist right? That is a joke, just like a regular 2 arm pull Up. I highly doubt You got a real one arm pull Up with good form fast and easily, and even more that you can do that and You are not even close to a Muscle Up.
X muscle up is way easier than a one arm pull up and less risky than the flying muscle up (maybe except for the wrists). It's more technique than strength.
