I finally won my medium in Shirogane a couple of weeks ago (not the most desired plot but I love it. Most mediums in Shiro seem to be staring blankly at another plot's garden). One of my goals since I started playing was to level all gathering and crafting jobs so I could make all decos myself so goal achieved. Now I suppose I'm free to enjoy the game🤣
Especially if you're visiting Eorzea Zoo too, Limsa is the worst city because all the posers have made an appointment there. And it's like that on all the Servers and DCs... Strangely enough, show-offs are a kind of religion for many. Personally, I avoid it like the plague. And there's a much better city since the other expansions.
Do SE actually see how people react to bad shit they have been dropping for while now. Like I understand few patches like post DT flop but to coninue it for so long... they'll gradually lose all subscibers
When I started on NA this was so true. But I move to EU a year and a half ago and the world im in "Phantom" has so many house spots free you never get a contender
Honestly... If I had to chose one forever out of all the mountains I have... Night Pegasus. It rolled on it on the first try of PotD when it first came out and popped on the first try. And it's still sell really high to this day 😳😍
This is just stupid. Most games can handle instancing, so they can have multiple cities so everyone get a plot of land. To kill the issue of dead cities, offer free relocation from time to time, and from dead instances to the busiest instances. Like you can relocate to the same plot on a different instance for free. And inactive people eventually gets "kicked out", so their whole house is simply put on hold and they have to relocate it somewhere to access it. It does suck if you were close to your friends but that's not a big price to pay if you are inactive for more than a year... You could even send an email to inactive players after 3 months acking them if they agree to relocate to a different instance to give their place to someone active. Also, active people seeking active cities will take that offer, which will slowly make cities more active... I understand that some game engine may make this hard to do... but any MMO that had major updates in the last 10 years should be able to handle some variation of this approach. Inactive houses can be archived and if a player comes back they have to request their data back and it can take some times... this is far better than just losing everything because you took a 1 year pause... There's solutions out there if they start looking.
Mood. With the exception of a single lottery period where the only Med open was where I didn't want to live (No offense to others who enjoy the Goblet, but it's the bottom of my list of locales I like), for 8 Months before I finally won a Med in Ishgard.
Been there, done that, acquired the T shirt since 2.0 to post shadowbringee till I finally gotten a medium home in Ishgard. I hope everyone else who's going thru the same thing, as long as me, get their small home (now that interior can be large)
"Let's talk, Teledji, about the 500-pound matanga in the room which is that you started this cycle of bloodshed when you whacked some girl Raubahn used to f**k" "Sultana Nanamo Ul Namo was no 'some girl'... And what kind of man bangs his own ruler?" "WHAT ARE YOU, THE FREAKIN' HOLY SEE?!"
I feel for every healer in ARF who dies to Dual Star in the first phase, because, yes, unless a SMN is around, this wipe is absolutely your fault. Your fault. YoUr FaUlT. YoUrrRRrrRR fAuUuUlT...
LITERALLY ME the 2nd run of Ihuykatumu. The tank sat there and freaking said to my healer "I hate drking" -- and proceeded to die to almost EVERY SINGLE mech, and i've healed it about 4 times now myself, and i was the viper this time --- I SOLO'ed half the mobs because he wouldn't pull instead of dying. XD AND HE MAINED PALADIN. XD
