No rules, no regulations and the laws are not implemented because of illitrate enforcement officials.....So sad to find out about the deaths of so many people killed directly and indirectly by the incompetence of the authorities....
We call that Bammy in Jamaica and we also eat it with fish. So I guess that came when they brought the Africans to Jamaica as slaves and they kept that and we have it still in our tradition.

A valuable commodity that our nation should be proud of and utilize to uttermost benefit of the nation.we can understand why a government dose not want to undertake such a huge project but on the other hand we as government should try to encourage investors and do every thing possible to tap this natural resource for the benefit of the people and indeed the nation.Sierra Leone,a small country endowed with so many natural resources is a blessing and let make use of this God given riches.Thanks again Mar Amukoo.
