We call that Bammy in Jamaica and we also eat it with fish. So I guess that came when they brought the Africans to Jamaica as slaves and they kept that and we have it still in our tradition.

Jamaica and Sierra Leone has so much in common and that's making me to believe that there's a direct link (relations) between the two peoples .
