I can see some quality over quantity in Mirage edge over say Dante's swords Such as Vergil can stinger in the air, Dante cant Vergil's first 2 slashes with Drive comes out way faster than Dante's Drive>Overdrive, hell even Quick Drive too The neutral strings and even the ground stinger hits more than once at higher concentration, moreso than dante's swords Round trip is shorter in projectile range but the suction pull and multi hit shredding makes it handy at crowd control in a way and great for juggles(i use it on boss Dante to High Time, hold and release to Round trip air, Trick Down and Ex Provocation) Oh right, Vergil can Roundtrip in the air, Dante cant except with DSD Roundtrips maybe
Lady is the first character in the franchise to fight with firearms rather than hand weapons, each with their own style, Dante's being more difficult as there are up to five at most.
This song… when revealed in that trailer… hit like nothing else. This guy is my all time favorite… and has been my main since soul edge. He was gone gone for 15 friggin years. Has not been a full character on console for 22!!! My guy is back and better than ever. The stoic hero of soul calibur finally returns… and this track announces it loudly. Plus the nostalgia from soul blade is almost overwhelming. Thank you for uploading this.

A lot of my gameplay in these LS videos comes down to the amount of time I’ve spent in the mode. I know how the AI works and their habits, but I’m also just a good player in general and I know how to fight these styles.

This would have been my main if the input were much easier just like Setsuka's in the SCVI... I mean yeah this is better than his base form but I hate the fact that most of his moves are JUST frames and with perfect timed hit!
Having difficulty pulling of the Revenge move while using Pandora at 5:04 I know you have to have your DT Gage for Trish at least somewhat full in order to do it. But even with a full gage, I can't get Trish to do it. I did it once by accident. Trying to do it on command is difficult.
I have nothing against Vergil DMC3 moveset, but i will take combos from 4 and 5 any time of the day. Main reason because of Combo Statue with Yamato to get Style Rank SSS
When Vergil said “I’ll cut you in two” along with that final strike and the sound at 1:34, I believed him and is probably my favorite move in the entire game. Also, you know you’re playing as the final boss when his idle stance is considered a moveset
