This song was so epic that I started a list of epic music, and still none have surpassed it. I tried for 5 years. Afterwards, I resolved that it may never be topped but a few songs came close. Armifer GRV Music, Preliator, and black blade from two steps from hell.
I shouldn’t have been watching requiem for a dream when it came out, it honestly messed with me quite a bit, but I’m so glad I’ve had this song living in my head rent free for the majority of my life 😂 it made me realize instrumental music isn’t boring! This shit is 🔥 🔥
This is such a powerful piece of music and it always reminds me of a time where I was actually listening to this and I heard a sonic boom and heard our typhoons jet out of Coningsby in Lincolnshire to protect our airspace. It was very surreal. I’ve also seen them practicing over Lossiemouth beach in Morayshire which was amazing to watch. We should be very proud of our RAF. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴
ChatGPT 4o mini Log in How you would read this to make it eerie and scary. Who am I? I am The Watcher, and have been in control of 657 Boulevard for the better part of two decades now. The last family turned it over to you. It was their time to move on and kindly sold it when I asked them to. 657 Boulevard is my job now, my life, my obsession, and now you are, too, Brannock family. Welcome to the product of your greed. Greed is what brought the past three families to 657 Boulevard. And now it has brought you to me. Welcome. You know I will be watching. The Watcher ChatGPT To deliver this text with an eerie and unsettling tone, consider the following approach: "Who am I? I am The Watcher, and I have reigned over 657 Boulevard for the better part of two decades. The last family? They relinquished their hold willingly, after I instructed them to. They moved on, and now, this house is my domain-my life, my obsession. And now, Brannock family, it is yours too. Welcome to the culmination of your greed. Greed that has lured the past three families to 657 Boulevard. And now, it has drawn you to me. Welcome. Rest assured, I will be watching." The Watcher
When I listen to it, it feels like the world is about to end and it makes me feel bad emotions, like I'm depressed, at the same time it sounds like heaven
This is definitely the theme song to the end of the world. If horns play and angels burst bout of the sky, the horns will sound just like it does in this song I swear it will lol
There will be 1 horn blown, by Gabriel, and the Dead in Christ will be called up, then the living who are washed clean by the Blood of Christ will vanish. Then THE END of Days will begin for those who are not Saved. I think this will happen in less than 100 years from now, so the year 2125.
Pertaining to the movie it was made for, I like to think the barely perceptible scream at the end of this masterpiece is the soul screaming for help. At the end of the movie, (if you've seen it) you'll understand why. The scream is very hard to hear unless you have your sound blasting and even then it is hard to hear. It is quite poetic to make it that soft as to indicate that we rarely listen to what our souls say because our demands, desires, and our obsessions (A.K.A., our greed), speaks vastly louder than our souls. At least in extreme dire situations or in the end...
I really whish that exactly this version of this masterpiece would be recorded again with a giant orchestra and some cool visuals. This is the power of music and it is beautiful and frightening at the same time.
