Welcome to Your Journey Yoga. My journey is to provide yoga and fitness classes for all levels. I would love to help you find the best version of yourself. I invite you to join me on the mat to find a sense of peace, mindfulness, strength, power and grace. I love a slightly slower pace flowing from pose to pose, allowing you to find your perfect place within each pose. I also love to add variations to traditional yoga. I do my best to give excellent cues, encouragement and challenge options. Your Journey Yoga takes a slightly more athletic approach to yoga offering strength challenges along the way. I strive to provide a wide range of yoga flows, something for everyone. I was so happy when I found this video, exactly what I needed after a 5-6hours walk! I've been using this video every time I'm hiking and I've just completed my first two days hike at Mont Tremblant in Quebec, Canada. I couldn't watch it before because there were no signal, no internet, but I remembered some stretches I used on the trail. Now it's the day after and my body is still very sore even though I stretched it a lot! I just did some yoga now and I hope it'll helped for tomorrow. Thank you!

Cheryl is the best yoga teacher! I've been practicing yoga for years and have never received such excellent instruction and form tips such as Cheryl provides. She is also very comforting with her words of encouragement.
