This is incredibly well thought out, good job my dude. Building stuff like this is what I want minecraft to be about (and what my favorite mod, Create, is often about), you just created a whole new modality of gameplay within the game itself. Not just one that requires an imagination type of playstyle that kinda approximates our knowledge of the real world, but one informed by limitations and interactions placed by the game. It feels like its not just needlessly imaginative for the sake of it but you are designing something useful to build in the game, and yet it still fits the theme that you are going for. Bravo.
I actually thought about a design that is actually better although its a bedrock exclusive it’s pretty expensive to originally create but afterwards costs nothing to run it uses a subcategory of sandskipping called snow skipping and snow is generated by snow golems it will basically have a main hub system from your main base and due to the limited range it will first do the initial teleport to another hub and based on the exact block you get teleported to it will determine the next location it needs to send you to these events are chained till reaching your final destination
This is SO awesome! I did decide to make the third floor a hyperdrive room. It travels at the speed of 8 flotators in all lateral directions. Anyway, this creation allows for many innovative ideas! Keep it up!❤
There's actual wireless redstone in the game. Have you seen Rooftop Joe's 1-wide tileable reciver and transmitter? It's 3 years old already, people are familiar with the wireless tech by now.
I downloaded the map and the mechanism does not work, I replaced the enderperlds but the problem seems to be that the mechanism in the other locations does not activate. Is it a fixable bug or am I doing something wrong? because I followed the video to the letter.
Witchcraft. This man is a red stone sorcerer. I’m actually baffled. This is amazing. I didn’t think a machine like this was possible in vanilla without using command blocks
Ive always wanted to see some design like this but using different increments of wireless redstone with wolves (go in and out of dimension for x amount of ticks) never thought about the possibility of just sending a nether signal
Amazing Job! This is such a creative way of utilizing this feature! I really hope we get to see the “April Fools” features get added soon, because seeing cool stuff like this being added into the game makes me so happy 😊 The interior of the ship looks very fitting for the setting as well. I like the look of the storage area and the ability to deliver things to the first floor. I also noticed the neat detail of the chains hoisting up the lift to the third floor. I wonder, if you decide to move the Scout in the other horizontal direction and you want to return it, i guess that means you would have to line it up with the entrance. I do love the convenient features you added (the ladder and slab roof) to make it easier to return the Scout into the ship. I also like the idea of using the Wind Charge that way (a non-destructive explosion); you can instantly go back to the ship when you’re far away Bravo! 👏 🎉
I tried building it on a server that I host, the problem I'm suffering right now is when restarting the server... the chunk loaders far away form the player and from the spawn chunks just don't start working until a player goes near by. I've already tried with self fixing chunk loaders.
Marvelous engineering with that spaceship. The docking for the scoutship is easy and not over technified that needs hundreds of steps of adjustment. The Main Ship looks smooth but not to smooth to not fit into MC. Great Job!
I've never seen anything like it, which is why you have earned the like. That said, once I figured out how it actually works with the ender pearl stasis this seems entirely impractical for actual use. But it is interesting in theory. I will probably stick to the good old nether highway.
