I don't see why we couldn't encrypt the information about who is sending the message and for who is the message on the message itself. The user system would still be the same, but only one cable would be used to transfer the information

This is really cool stuff, great work. I'm a bit curious, does this involve any memory circuits? The whole concept is beholden to chunk loading obviously but memory circuits using sculk are extra squirrely for me when moving around.

whit the new snapwhot the calibrated skulk now can send signals 16 blocks and have a dalay of 1 secod (before was 2s) whit this the mecanism can be more compact :O

Chunk loading greatly reduces the usefulness of the system, all players' houses have to be quite close and at this point it would be easier to just use water pipes and books, but still really impressive.

As I said in previus videos, In minecraft we got Wi-Fi before an actual PC (i.e. one that you can use in your own home that has a very simple OS to do basic stuff, but that doesn't have the size of a city) In fact if that redstone PC becomes a reality, then I think it would be possible to use the new sculk sensors to have only 1 PC in yoIf you wanted to use it somewhere else, a system simmilar like this could be used to access your PC from a Terminal in other part of the world. I'm not sure if it's possible, but It would be cool.

5:31 you turned the page 3 bcs you dont want it to turn on irrelevantly. a better solution to that is to add page 16: the "neutral" mode. you can try that, its really easy and better quality of life.

"Why?" isn't the question, but rather "Why not?" This is a cool concept! I imagine with one of those cannons that can shoot up to millions of blocks, some changes and we could have a phone that could work in the entire minecraft world!
