Great to see they have updated the design for use in Australia. But needs more options of either a triple box split and a liquid tank option to be truly versatile. But looks great!👍
Cotton farmers are poisoning the entire country, glyphosate is in all our rivers, all or lakes and dams, in our drinking water. Glyphosate has been found in 70% of the food staples in our supermarkets, and now has been detectected in the Urine of 83% of 4 to 14 year old kids, in a study on 4000 kids....cotton farmers are poisoning the rest of us for their increased profit margins... from using round up ready GMO crops......they should be all jailed....or worse... evil, heartless, greedy bastards.
In 1975, My father built a Dairy farm at Serb, near Muscat for the Sultan, as a present for his Uncle, who helped him become the Sultan. It was 16 British Friesian Cows and 1 Bull. The farm building was raised 4 feet off the ground because it was known to be cooler and the cows were fed outside the milking parlour using “Self- locking” yolks. My father’s company was called MAJ Ward (Exports) Ltd. This was the first farm he built in the Middle East. Cypriot Company J&P did all the Construction work. I’m so pleased to see that Dairy Farming has thrived in Oman
@@bilalnadeem4906 It was a long time ago. I was 16 then and am now 63. However, I can remember quite a lot about how and why the farm was built at Seeb, Muscat. With the help of his Uncle and some former British Army Officers, the Sultan Qaboos overthrew his father in a coup and immediately started to modernise the newly named Sultanate of Oman. Part of which was to learn how to feed itself as a rapidly modernising country. As a thank you present to his Uncle, Qaboos wanted to give him a Dairy farm. One of the former British Army officers was assisting Qaboos in financial advice. His name was Alex Williams and his UK home was in Suffolk, UK. Coincidentally, Qaboos has been to private school at Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. Alex’s wife enjoyed horse riding and knew my family, because we also enjoyed everything to do with Horses. But our main business was Dairy Farming. Alex asked my father who to use to design, and supply a small Dairy Farm at Seeb. My father knew of two Companies, Mastock and British Livestock, but thought they were very expensive. So Alex invited my father to Oman to look at a potential site and encouraged him to do the designing and supplying of a 16 cow and one Bull farm. My father was introduced to Construction Company J&P, who built the farm. Eventually they built a 640 crow dairy farm in Yemen for us too. The 16 cows and one bull were selected from top quality pedigree UK bred British Friesians and were flown to Muscat by Transmeridian Air Cargo on a Canadian built CL44 swing tail aircraft from Stansted Airport in 1976, long before it became a passenger Airport. The flight took 16 hours non-stop. The cattle quickly acclimatised to their new environment, supervised by an excellent Cypriot Vet, Dr Michael Petris. The open sided building was covered with rush matting with upside down garden sprinklers in the roof of part of the building for the cattle to use if they felt too hot. After two weeks they didn’t need their showers any more. The 16 Cows were in fact Heifers that were 6 months pregnant when the arrived at Muscat. Three months later, they all calved well and milk production started. The Local Jabali cattle carried Foot & Mouth disease, requiring all the imported cattle to be vaccinated against it. There was talk of expanding the farm and building another one Al Rumays. I don’t know if this happened or not.
So when will this bigger seed cart be available in 12m width bar? Will there be an option of tracks instead of duals? Looking to upgrade our JD 1890 disc seeder with 1910 430 bushel air cart in the next year or so. We are in South Australia and have a local dealer close to our district.
