Thank you for all your support throughout the years guys, but I've chosen to close down this channel because uploading videos didn't feel fun anymore...it just felt like a thing I was forced to do and since I dont have all the time in the world and want to do other things as well. Sorry I haven't said this sooner.
A) Tim Curry is my favorite actor of all time B) Palpatine is my sith of all time. With that said I would've thought it would be a dream come true but sadly, for me anyway, it wasn't
Grievous is definitely a supervillain who didn't reach his full potential. Wouldn't it be great if you thought that he had the force, while even this state of him allows him to easily kill most of the Jedi?
I love Tim Curry as an actor, but felt he was the wrong choice to play Palpatine, In part because Palpatine when he's not being Darth Sidious comes across a nice and honest, u can really belive his a good as he protends to be, Tim on the other hand often plays bad or shady guys, and you can hear that in Palpatine voice, its hard not to think of him as hiding something when he plays the part.
Hey this is a great video. I’m wanting to use this video not exactly all the same footage but some of it as one of my new Star Wars intros is there anyway that would be allowed. ?
“Canon” was always exclusively Lucas’s vision. Anything beyond that was considered part of a separate, yet complimentary canon called the Expanded Universe. Now there are two expanded universes. The Classic “Legends” (1976-Present), and the New one (2014-Present). Things that are made with non-canonicity in mind, are called “Infinities”. They’re usually the ones that feel more deliberately like fan-ficition, whereas the prior two EUs are carefully meant to run in compliment with George’s vision. The Classic EU would have still been a reference for The Clone Wars TV series, and thusly would have been at George Lucas’s disposal should he have wished to use it. Where George did not explain something or fill in gaps, the Old EU was usually quick to fill in gaps. In the end, it technically does not matter what the “majority” of SW fans think is canon anyways, as each and every one of them has their own head canon. George Lucas , Mark Hamill, etc, all have their own unique vision for the IP’s universe. Ultimately, if people want to be cutthroat argumentative about a version of Maul and how powerful he is, they should heed the official sources for that particular version. If they are talking about their own head canon, then they shouldn’t be challenging the show’s/ EU’s narrative in the first place, as the official Maul is not being tailored to their specific vision. If you personally don’t adhere to the Classic or New EU, then that’s fine, you aren’t wrong for it, but understand that most fans do incorporate EU details into their own headcanons, and some even combine the two, or more. For example: I like to think that there is a version of Din Djarrin in the Classic EU timeline, even though there is no current evidence of such. Most Legends characters have an equivalent in the New EU in one form or another. I like to see all timelines as complementary to each other. Some fans don’t agree with the Ultimate canon (Lucas canon), and disregard entire or partial movie trilogies for their personal head canons. I know people who hated that the original Star Wars ever got a sequel (The Empire Strikes Back). TDR: Saying that a portion of the fan base disregards the EUs is pointless when all fans actually incorporate parts of them into their ideal Star Wars visions. No one’s vision is the same.
Maul: Bye 0:31 Sidious: Oh no you don’t 0:36 Sidious: you’re grounded 0:52 Sidious: u dare talk back? Take this 0:54 Maul: Abuser get abused 1:10 Sidious: you dare push me? Bad children get crushed 1:20 Sidious: I’m the pusher not you 0:52 0:52 0:52 Savage: LEAVE US ALONE!! 1:28 Sidious: Can’t touch this! You’re too weak to kill me not even with your idiot brother maul!
Good job man, always loved Galen/Starkiller and found him underrated. Him and Kreia (Darth Traya) are my fav SW Legends characters, also GM Luke in Legends
