Oh yea, you lose weight on raw. Very quickly. I've done it twice and lost 15lbs twice, in six weeks. Then the teeth start to hurt like crazy because of a lack of phosphorus. Raw foodists often lose their teeth...sorry to disappoint.
I have way less steps in my routine. Also, I flip-flop between regular conditioner and deep conditioner with steam every other wash. Which I do every 2 to 3 weeks as well.

I watched your first video and i liked that the product came in the little bag so I ordered the same brand. Unforturnately, I did not get the bag and the bottle was a different shape I was a little disappointed.
Are you still using this castor oil? Do you use it by itself on your face or do you blend it with a carrier oil? I just bought the same brand and it’s so thick I was wondering if I should blend it with a more spreadable oil. Thanks!!

I brush my teeth with castor oil, baking soda and Epsom salt. Sometimes, I add a drop of peppermint oil. I swish the mixture around while I shower. I brush, then use a tongue scraper. My teeth and gums are so smooth, bright, and healthy looking. I also use the same recipe for my face scrub, and my 52 year old face is so smooth.
