Hi Everybody, my friends call me Swinn and welcome to my channel. Where we will be exploring travel and adventures together. I love the Far East like Thailand, but I love Europe too, especially England in The UK.
A few years ago I was a busy executive of an electrical retail company, add to that some personal problems, and my stress levels went through the roof. Since then I have concentrated on going to places and having adventures. Whilst setting up my RU-vid Channel "Swinn Feeling Good"
I am hoping we can also share some new experiences, by visiting some amazing places, having exciting adventures and meeting interesting people.
This is my first attempt at creating RU-vid videos, so I am hoping you will forgive the odd bump and bang with my dodgy editing. I would really appreciate it if could find your way in supporting the channel by liking the videos, subscribing to the channel.

Yesterday I did a day trip from BER to LCY and back from LCY. The only positive thing with LCY is that you don't have long walks from departure to immigration, I prefer Heathrow better for planespotting. My next flight to London is to LHR. I have been to London more than 20 times and don't get enough of this wonderful city.

The bar way to expensive and the rooms dreadful needs a good renovation living still on the hangover. We got dragged in totally overrated. Never again far better and cheaper hotels in Bangkok
Hi, did you notice any large suitcases as I can see Sun express have the following rule: One piece of baggage may not exceed the outer dimensions of 158 cm (length + width + height). If the respective size limits are exceeded, a flat fee of 45.00 € will be charged. This size is significantly lower than easyjet and ryanair so wondered if sunexpress are actually that strict at check in?
They didn't seem too strict when we travelled, but that's not to say they won't be in the future. FYI: my case was 35x55x22 = 112. for the case I carried on board

You inspired me do a little bit of research; The interior of the Thai 777 are dated, but the aircraft are younger than Emirates A380s. Thanks for watching
Recently, I literally came back to Taiwan from LHR via flying EVA Air, and the experience was pretty great and comfortable. Even though this is my first trip alone to Europe since the pandemic occurred, I didn’t feel any panic or intense during this journey.
I'm in Pattaya now. Staying in Jomtien. Went to Walking Street last night. Never heard of the darkside. I will check it out. Thank you for the information.

Old and dated by the looks of it, think I will pay the extra and fly with a top notch airline (Emirates) sitting 11 or 12 hours without getting off, can’t be good for the body or your head 😮
@@Swinn-FG Yes i was 2 times in Lebua with Club acess The skybar is the best in bkk but rooms was more old style .But all rooms with balcony thats nice especially for smokers:)
No news about what the police could see on the security video? I'm sorry this happened to you. I've never been robbed but have had things stolen, things that can't be replaced, needless to say I hate thieves. I used to live and work in a different Asian country, I really miss Asia. I completely understand your love of travel.

As a slightly larger person i do find the 4 seats a little to snug. I always try to get an aisle seat i the 3 seat rows. But otherwise no complaints about the service.
We flew Sun Express Gatwick to Dalaman and I didn’t find them that great. Same issue trying to understand what the pilot was saying and the cabin crew didn’t care about making sure everyone had seatbelts on when landing back at Gatwick. Turkish airports seem more expensive than normal
Did they waive the extra kilograms? We’re doing this trip in October. Was the only direct flight I saw and was much cheaper than the 5 hour ones via Bangkok. Regarding the return flight situation, can I use my return flight from Bangkok to uk rather than booking a return flight from Vietnam , as considering train to return to Thailand? Thx.
Hi Rob. I wore some of the clothes and put some bits and pieces in my pockets too stay under the weight allowance. In the end they never weighed anything. But they still might. The airline insisted you had to have a ticket to leave Vietnam. I am guessing it would be OK to travel by train, but you would have to have your ticket booked, with evidence to show them. I would check with the airline to be sure. Have a great trip
Thanks for your comments. But I have to correct you: Sio Khao Noi and So Wat Boon Sampan are the same, just two names for the same place. I live just a few yards from 1:15 and have had a house there for 25 years. Soi Khao Noi is on my Thai driver's license and my immigration records. When we first arrived it was mostly empty fields. Just plain Khao Noi was not used then as a term without the soi. The section from the railway road to the Chilled is what I believe Khoa Noi is today. Soi Wat Boonsampan was the original name of the road, as it leads to the temple, Wat Boonsampan halfway up. 12:58 You are correct, near the Peter Pan bar. I often walk there from Mazzies. Hello sir , we are going to Italy soon from Australia and Thai airways is the cheapest option, we usually fly Qatar or SIA . Just a bit worried about the 787-9 comfort for such a long flight. Thanks
Thanks for watching. I have looked on Thai Airways and they says this: Thai Airways typically uses the **Airbus A350-900** for flights from Sydney to Italy. This aircraft features a modern design with advanced technology, offering a comfortable experience for passengers. The A350-900 includes both Royal Silk business class and economy class seats. I also see they use the Boeing 777 as per my video (as shown in my video) As for the 787-9 I found a window seat near the middle of the plane, which seemed to have a bit more space widthwise. Also, the 787 has a lower internal pressure, which helps against fatique. I hope this helps!
@@Swinn-FG Thank you very much for the infos. We leave from Melbourne and they also use the A350 to Bangkok , the 787-9 from Bangkok to Europe. That's a bummer.
I went with EVA air once November 23 from Heathrow. Never again. I thought they gave crap service, staff ignored most of the paying people on the plane. Like it was beneath them to do anything.
Being a Manchester man, I'm limited for choice when it comes to flying to Bangkok as I much prefer getting the main slog to Asia out of the way, am a bit fed up with spending hours getting ripped off in middle eastern airports so the only decent options for me in October were Singapore Airlines who are now ludicrously expensive (£1200) economy from Man to BKK, so in the end as I'll be working in Bangkok I decided to go direct with Thai Airways in business class which means hotels and flights between Man and LHR all in £3300 with minimal faff and hopefully a good few hours in the lounge at Heathrow before being pampered on the plane, hopefully will be worth every penny, especially with the fast tracking elements.

As you say, the price appears very reasonable which included your luxurious cabin. Getting those shots while speeding along in that weather must have been tricky. Thank you. All the best. T🤩
Hi Tony, thanks for your great comments, as usual. There is a main shipping channel through the islands. At least two other bays also operate cruise boats around the islands. So it's all very busy.
I did notice that Thai still has 3 3 3 seating configuration which after suffering EVA economy with the extra seat now thrown in will be the deciding factor for me with my next booking. Thanks for uploading

Loving these flight videos , i think the trick is dont drink to much while waiting or during the flight, and go to the toilet just before boarding, i only have a boots meal deal (only available at boots near the departure gates), the big boots in T2 waiting area seems to have been aquired by london pride pub, !, a cheese & ham sandwich a pkt crisps plus a red bull sees me through to boarding , once on board, complementary orange juice and a couple of cans of beer plus a white wine and a couple of coffees (with meals) sees me through 12 hour flight with only one or two max pee breaks, some say alcohol and flights dont mix, but 2 tins of beer and a couple white wines has never made me "kick off" during a flight, usually the opposite, knocks me out for a few hours usually, i cant wait to play the 70+ fast track card, although my top tip is if the 1st immigration Q is long, keep walking a few yards and there is a 2nd immigration Q, usually a lot less busy than the 1st Q, worked a few times for me to,.
It seems you made good time considering you had a 2 hour delay, usually land around 4pm but you still had daylight so must have landed by 6pm ish ? i book suvarrnabhumi suites hotel at lat krabang for my arival, its only 10 minutes from airport, unwind on the rooftop restaurant and start afresh next morning after breakfast,. I stop there on my return flight to, breakfast in morning and 10 minutes back to airport around 10am to catch the 1pm flight home, i suspect your quick exit through immigration was due to you being out of sinc of your propper arrival time,.ive been through in 10/20 mins a few times, did you use the thai passport holders desk or the 70 y/o priority desk method ? ,.cheers
