I dont think most ppl understood etiquette. From what your saying he asked for permission and you said yea. Ppl can just be thickskulled and not know unless directly asked. However, if he had he attitude of being smug and thinking he is better like you stated at the end of the video then eff that POS
As an avid fisherman, I find that etiquette is lacking among some anglers. The man handled it right. That bozo didn't realize that because of his actions, he lost an opportunity to learn from a better angler.
I know why people don’t share spots or anything I gave one dude a suggestion to move down he was fishing from the bridge to go down to the gates he did catches a fish I fish from the other side of the duct to avoid being so close to each others line next day I’m there early and see someone at the gate I wait until the guy leaves he comes and says ima go down there again I said same I’m just waiting on the guy to leave oh I don’t care ima go fish anyways I see the guy leaving so I get to the gate like nothing in my electric scooter while he walked he still comes down and tells me damn u came down to this side in my head I’m like I went to the other side out of curiosity he cast in middle of my two lines anyways I left and ended finding a golden spot been catching biggens every time
I think you failed him. i think the guy didnt know what he was doing, so he stayed there and didnt catch anything. thats why he didnt move from that spot. I have seen alot of your videos where you show guys how to catch stripers from that spot. had you shown him how he would of hooked into one and then he would of move to land it. while he was landing the fish you could of taken that spot again.I truly believe that no spot belongs to anyone. if you move from a spot then its fair game. NOBODY OWNS THAT SPOT. just goes to show that you didnt need that spot to catch fish because you caught your second fish from a different spot. just my 2 cents.
