Reminds me of my dorm room days at school. Some jerk took up all six of the dryers with their clothes and refused to pull them out after 8 hours. I finally got so annoyed that I couldn't actually finish my laundry and it was creating a massive backup in the room so I went over to the dryers and opened all of the doors. I didn't actually touch the clothing but just simply left the doors hanging wide open to freak the owners out. We never had another issue in the dorm of a person leaving their laundry unattended for hours and blocking up all of the dryers. I also had somebody switch out my clothing for theirs because paying for the laundry was super expensive. I found it a few minutes after it had been done that was super pissed off. I opened the dryer yanked all their sopping wet clothes out and dumped them on the floor in a corner and put my things back in. I did try to pick the cleanest patch of laundry room for concrete to put their clothes on. Nobody ever messed with my clothes after that.
Cool , I'm going to work in a cruise ship in September but as a housekeeper and tbh I'm a little bit scared bcs some people told that's it's the worst position bcs they don't get of the ship and work every day without a day off, can someone pls tell me that's right and if I could take my own room somehow even if i need to pay money for it it's okay, pls someone help me
I’ve been offered a contract as a singer on the NCL Encore. I’ll be honest some of the things you say in this video have put me off a bit. You have to work a second job to pay for WiFi?! Absurd
if i ever worked on a cruise ship i would not stop singing the theme song to suite life of zack and cody on deck and everything i do i woukd be reminded of the show
People are so rude and self-centered and selfish these days (but if someone does the same them, they have a fit!!) Here's a rather strange idea, why don't people treat people the same way they would like to be treated?
The alcohol policy seems a lot more strict than when I worked on ships back in the 90’s. But perhaps that’s a good thing. Also, the accommodations they house you in remind me of a college dorm room. Funny,this is just like being in the barracks or deployed as military. Washers are either used or broken. Stuff has been there since morning so people just move it and it’s better to stay with your stuff so you don’t have your stuff moved or worse stolen…yes some people will steal your nice stuff 🤷🏽♂️
Similar circumstances when i lived in staff accomm. 4 washers for 200 rooms with 2 people per room, if you werent there when the machine finished youll be grabbing it from the counter
