We are getting so dang close. Also I just have to say , as someone who recently re watched it all. If you re watch it at soonish you will probably see so many on going , long running jokes etc you didn't notice before, I know I didn't. If you wanted I wouldnt be upset about multiple episodes in one vid so you can crank this out if you were trying to like move on ya know lmao
the rebels are fighting the king, this was established already. The rebels are being tricked by crocodile into thinking the king is destroying the country and he is working to incite them into further action. Vivi's plan was to go to the rebels to tell them Crocodile was manipulating them, but Luffy convinced her to just go deal with crocodile directly so he can stop inciting everyone to war. there's not really a 'good guys' in this war, as its ultimately a meaningless war being set up by crocodile.
Honestly 😂 what did she expect? She's been traveling with this crazy rubber monkey for quite a while. she knows he is down to throw hands at any point 😅 just give him the signal
14:44 Luffy has a very unique way of getting people to open up about their problems and asking for help. He hit Coby for acting so negatively and at the same time sharing his goals and promises. He held hostage Zoro's swords so he would join while also saving him and Coby from gunfire. He defended Ussop's honor when kuro's men laughed at him for protecting his village and left Ussop and Zoro to protect his friends. He helped Sanji realize that dreams are worth fighting for. He let Nami get out all her anger and pain enough to ask for help. Stopping her from killing herself, might I add. And here he is demanding Vivi to realize that she isn't alone in this war while also stopping her from saving EVERYONE at the cost of her life. She hit him so hard he went flying. I defend this that he was in the right. I'm a woman btw. 17:18 Case in point he's letting her wail on him
Yeah Crocodile's introduction was great, he's such a great and threatening villain! Those pictures, that's just Mr 2 posing for the pictures. He put on their faces for the photos but obviously Mr 2 has to pose. I don't fully understand Luffy and Vivi's fight but I think it comes down to this whole time since we knew her, she was shouldering all of the responsibility herself and not wanting to get anyone else involved. I think that was annoying Luffy who would put his life on the line for her and all she needed to do was ask for help. It's basically like the Nami situation with Arlong. So he was literally knocking some sense into her "I'm your friend let me help you" and at the end, Vivi understood Luffy's resolve. So to explain the rebels and everything and I guess by now you understand everything but the rebels are against the king. They are convinced King Cobra is a bad dude and they're trying to overthrow the king, but it's only because of Crocodile's interference making King Cobra seem like a bad guy.
basically Vivi's acting like only she should be responsible for everything, and isn't really asking the strawhats to help her. After all, her plan was to jsut go find the rebels and talk to Kohza, the straw hats don't really factor into it. But luffy knows that it's not that simple and that even if they did try crocodile would still be around to do something, so its better for everyone to put their lives on the lines to fight the actual bad guy. their fight was to make vivi realise that she CAN ask the strawhats to help directly and that she doesn't have to shoulder everything herself.
Koza is voiced by Todd Haberkorn who voices Natsu from Fairy Tail and Ling from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. He was also a guest narrator for some videos on Watchmojo. P.S: (6:28) That not a pen. She's smoking a pipe.

Lol, I would if I had the extra time haha but I picked one for now going forward. I may fo rewatches in the other version though via twitch or something. Who knows lol
Vegetas Super Saiyan in DBZA and in the original show is such a great moment. He gets to dominate with no hint of anyone stopping him so he also gets to talk mad shit. The delivery on Gohan’s “Why did you stop!?” Is really well done. By the way, Vegeta’s “Can it feel fear?” Is a line taken directly from the dub. S the line about drinking juice is also taken from the dub.
Speaking to glasses wearers out there. The oil on our faces accumulates and our glasses begin sliding down after a point. So your vision begins to change based on how close your glasses are to your eyes. So we regularly push our glasses up. Luckily it looks cool ;) lol. It was a wing. Aka they can fly and leave the island which changes the concept of the island
So in the original story the reason King Cold asks for Trunks’s sword is because he arrogantly believes nobody is powerful enough to beat Frieza, so he thought his sword must be some OP weapon that was able to do it. Unfortunately for him he was wrong, it’s just a normal sword which Trunks proved by stopping it effortlessly, it’s his own power that killed Frieza.
The voice actor for Adult Gohan in the flash forward is Justin Briner, the voice actor for Deku in My Hero Academia and the voice over guy is Chris Sabat, the voice actor for Vegeta and Piccolo in the actual series.
Three things: 1. As you probably know already, the author of dandadan was a former assistant for fujimoto, so you can easily see the raunchy absurdist chainsaw man influence bleed through (it’s a lot more wholesome like mob psycho thankfully). Also, this mangaka can DRAW to an inhuman level. Some of the most gorgeous double panel art, which definitely helps science saru animate the scenes.(weekly manga btw) 2. As far as I’m aware, the studio had a very healthy production schedule and actually finished all production months in advance, so the quality should be maintained (and the first arc is arguably one of the weaker arcs despite being this good) so look forward to some awesome and hilarious fights 3. Funnily enough, despite all the amazing aspects of the show, the shining factor of the story is its ability to maintain a really loveable, realistic, and non-tropey cast that have really great dynamics. The mangaka read 100+ romance manga in preparation for this story and it really shows in momo and okaruns relationship
When I started watching DBZA regularly it was when this episode dropped so I watched it a lot and memorized whole sections of it. “I’m sure by now you’re more than familiar with my father, Dr Gero.” “Oh god dammit.” “We called them androids.” “Well good for you. you’re wrong.l
The thing about pretty much every DBZ movie is the similarities they had with the source material. For example the Lord Slug movie in concept, is the demon King Piccolo arc of Dragon Ball: evil Namekian has his henchmen collect the Dragon Balls so he can become eternally young and then gets a hole punched through them by Goku. Tree of Might is basically the Saiyan saga again and then the two Cooler movies are basically the Frieza saga again. The only movies that are more or less original are Dead Zone, Broly and Wrath of the Dragon. The “He keeps kicking me in the dick.” Makes everyone who reacts to it laugh a lot. Every single time.
One thing I would actually recommend is not watching the "Buu Bits" by TFS yet, cause they're done in a way where I do feel watching them first takes away from the official material they're parodying 🤔 But its really up to you, plus it CANT be as bad as NOT KNOWING THE ORIGIN OF THE DICK JOKE 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤
I’m actually impressed with the voice acting for the numbers and especially miss merry Christmas. Except Bon Clay. Whoever hired that VA should be thrown in jail. And here’s a random little thing that isn’t a spoiler because you won’t hear it in the anime. It’s just a fan thing. Later on, much later, fans gave Zoro then I name King of Hell. Even if you watch the scene that gave him the name right now you might not realize it, so no worries lol. Anyway you’re finally past the filler arc. About 90% of the story with Ace is filler. Really good filler, but still. That might be why you noticed the animation quality go up.
When watching the Cell vs Series, there's an extra video that isn't in the playlist. It may require some searching to find it. Ash Ketchum vs Cell. Not to be mistaken with Cell vs Ash Ketchum. It's made by 1Kids, and is a cross over between DBZA and Pokemon Abridged, where as the Cell Vs Ash Ketchum is more true to the original, unabridged series.
Yeah I agree Nami has the most victories in the inner conflicts with crew mates. Like Luffy doesn't go down easily to nomral opponents but from punch from Nami, and he's on the ground crying and apologizing. Now for your Ace vs Zuko question, I'm going to say Ace will probably win. Not diminishing Zuko's abilities, he's an incredible Firebender, but Ace literally is fire. Maybe Azula's blue flames since they burn hotter than regular fire, that might hurt Ace but regular fire, I don't know if Ace would even be affected by it. Also, keep that piece of paper in the back of your mind. That plays an important part later! I love the reveals all of the agents! Miss Merry Christmas and Mr 4 are hilarious, Mr 2 is always hilarious, Mr 1 is threatening. And Miss Double Finger. New Waifu Alert for you?
The only possible threat Zuko could be to Ace is if he can control Ace. Zuko controls fire. Ace is made out of fire. If not, Ace can just beat him without powers.
This works out perfectly for me. Cuz im usually working while listening to reactions. Now I can hear what parts the reactors are on without looking at the screen.
