Is there going to be a radial caliper mount to suit? which should also suit the stock swingarm for now? Also are there any plans to make some radial caliper mounts to suit the front brakes too? ( Non inverted front end )
Our current radial caliper mount will work! I believe we had to add a spacer to the inside but I can get confirmation. Send an email our way and we can get you more details.
Only downside is im assuming you can ONLY fit a trask exhaust to this motor. Hopefully thats not the case, no offense guys your exhausts make awesome power but are some of the ugliest exhausts ive ever seen on motorcycles
You can fit whatever pipe you want on here as long as it's for an M8...This bike already had our pipe and air cleaner before the 136. Our exhaust systems are designed for big inch builds, specifically our Big Sexy. If you don't like our product, that's fine, but no need to bad mouth us on the internet. We also offer a standard 2-1 Assault system which is more in-line with what the younger generation is looking for. Take it easy.
Shoulda swapped it for the CR550 FAFO And a full length 2-1 But yea I know … Trask .. so gonna be one of theirs Does this motor have a proper crank in it ?
We designed this exhaust for High Output builds. Do full lengths typically make more power? Yes...but we've spent a lot of time on R&D with our stepped headers and baffles to give the right amount of back pressure for big inch builds. Plus, the S&S 550 puts out great numbers. A few of us at the shop run them on our personal bikes.
