Forget this DG 1 home miner, you can get the Lokotech Hashblade that does Hashrate 1.9968 GH/s @ 145W instead of this DG1 home that does 2 GH/S @ 620w they both the same price around $1700. But you will deff same money with the Lokotech! Plus if you have a GPU rig you can just slide the PCIE card onto one of the risers and bam your mining Scrypt!

Do I need to open up my Ultra and change the PSU to install this software and get a little bit more GH? How much GH could I increase with just a normal computer fan on the top of it?
You can do light overclocking without changing out paste or pads. You might want to at least take the side panels off to allow for some heat removal. You could shoot for 500gh and see how it goes by slowly adjusting
Hello friend, I installed a silencer and automatic control on an ICE RIVER KS5M, but one hash board is at 0 GB, the other two had problems but I changed the pool and they are now working, only one is at 0, any advice I would appreciate
I havn't tried using a cnotroller for my miners. I'e only used spoofers for the fans. Might want to try spoofers out to see if the controller is causing a problem. If you see a fan error in the GUI it might be the problem. But usually when there is a fan error like that the machine just wont mine at all
The profitability of the Iceriver Alph ALO mining device seems to be decreasing daily. Given the current trends, it may take 1 to 2 years to recover your investment. Additionally, since this is a new product, there is a risk of defects within the first 2 to 3 months, and there are no existing reviews to gauge its reliability. Based on my 8 years of mining experience, I recommend waiting for 2 to 3 months to see if reviews become available before making a purchase. Be cautious and don't expect immediate returns; there’s a chance you might lose money or, alternatively, see some profit.
Yeah there is definitely a lot of risk with new hardware. I'm hoping that since these units are somewhat close to the cost per hashrate and efficiency as the Bitmain AL1 that they might at least remain competitive for longer
At the moment, it's getting about 3 Kaspa per day. I've heard that some people are having good luck solo mining with the Ultras but I haven't tried it yet
That's what I was talking about for half the video lol The Goldshell ECHO, they've only released limited info on it so far. It's going to be a quiet miner, but they are teasing us with a blurred image of it. They will release more details very soon!
Great video and Happy Birthday! Your thoughts are the same as mine. Everybody is telling buy the coin , not the miner, but if everyone thinks in this way, the hashrate wont rise so much and coin expectation for price appreciation wont be so big. My 2 cents....

I'm really hoping this new miner series is reasonably priced. I really like the mini home miners, but it's hard to keep up with the Kaspa mining hashrate lately 😕
I dont know what specs will Echo series have but what i am sure is Goldshell is greedy asic company managed by very bad sales team thats what i am sure about =)
@GreaterGoodMining no but think they would be the first and a bigger unit. Just makes sense with talking about the 2 together but only showing 1 machine. It can echo both cryptos.
Doing these videos is way harder than anyone thinks lol I had to do all the research and basically make a full book report and make my own script so it sounded professional etc. :-)

20% of the total supply of the $PLAY token is being allocated to people who run nodes. They will get $400 back in the $PLAY token as a reward plus airdrops for running the nodes early

I believe RU-vidr Son Of A Tech talked about doing that before. I'm sure it could be done. The cards in the Osprey unit in my video are vu35p which should be similar to a TH55 FPGA card. The TH53's I have in the open air rig are equivalent to the vu33p version of the Osprey unit.
I agree with you. Better to buy 3xAL0 than one AL BOX II for the same money, even cheaper. 3xAL0 ($800) - 1,200GH ($2,400) while one AL BOX II ($2,760) - 720GH. Simple math.
#meterbox I’ve never had a fpga, but it seems pretty miserable with some fpgas but the osprey 300 was pretty straightforward from the video. Definitely thinking of getting one of them one day
If it wasn't for the constant need to change algorithms I wouldn't mind. But I'm just kind of over it lol That's why I love the Osprey E300. Point and click basically. They couldn't have made it any easier!
I like FPGA's because it's almost like the middle ground between GPU's and ASIC'S. More powerful than a GPU on limited algo's, but at least you're not just stuck with one like an ASIC
