Poi has been an amazing adventure for me for 8 years now and has helped me enormously in developing my creativity my musicality and my own movement and dance research as well as making myself a performance character with a great expressive ability for circus and street theater. I want to be making some lessons on some of the stuff I've discovered in how poi move and the various ways they can be placed and manipulated within a geometric grid that is aligned with the body; I also want to emphasize footwork and rhythm in order to gain a more professional dance feel to flowing with tech poi.
your amazing for this!! I couldn't help but litteraly die of laughing at 19:35 lmfao!! but you sir put it in there as a valid option as a floor plane weave! the amount of dedication to put this out there for people to see is truly incredible, thank you for this, the real MVP
Man that was AMAZING... I'm not the most knowledgeable person on poi I've been spinning for about a year now but I've never seen someone thinking that outside of the box. I really loved your concept. Especially the one with the isolated "walking" poi 2:09
Wow man very inspiring to say the least! I feel like my weaving and milling is going to become so much more after I review and study this video and practice all the different variations u demonstrated!
