my favorite part was when ur bud was giving you back slaps. btw donovan how long have you been strictly doing jumping for and how long ago did you start doing lifts with thp. Also has there been significant increase?
Hello, I am Khadiza. I analyzed your youtube channel and I found some problem with your channel due to which your videos are not getting enough views. If you want we can have a meeting about the issues
As another German dude I say if you truly want to know look up John Evans and THP but I would say in Short its a power quite specific power exercise, wich can add volume without adding more Knee Pain
no offense but weve seen all this 1000 times now. i wish i had the tech back when i was younger but keep striving for height or vert more than anything
might be super unrelated but those platforms ur lifting on , they're powerlifting platforms right? and then ur not allowed to perform things like the snatch on those?
Hey man bit of a common misconception actually, whilst most people do perform their deadlifts on those platforms due to deadlifts being much more common than Olympic lifts like cleans and snatches. Those are actually Olympic Lifting platforms so they’re designed for cleans and snatches and the such, its just that people don’t really commonly perform those lifts which is why that thought process has come about. The rubber matting is designed to absorb the force from dropping the barbell from an overhead position, and the wood is the same kind of flooring used in Olympic Lifting competition, powerlifting is actually done on carpet.
my training is much different than others, so it varies quite a bit. as of right now, if i trained for one month, i would back off the training heavily for about a month. hope this helps, thank you for watching!
