i personally don,t sees Ashantis as Tribalist b,caus i lived in Kumasi before ,Ewes however are the ones i find a bit tribalistic, the are not too open and welcoming compare to the Ashantis

Nostalgic! Overall, I think the development of Kumasi has suffered significantly due primarily to the flight of resources (businessmen, creators, capital etc.) from the city to Accra. Mickey, do you see this trend changing and if yes, how? What needs to happen to correct this?
I ask myself this question every day. My hope lies on the fact that Accra is getting overcrowded. Hopefully, people start looking for the next big thing which I hope will be Kumasi. And also I hope that the Boankra in-land port miraculously gets commissioned. These are all predictions, and I hope.

@@ashantiduchess6251 Remember, I'm an Ashanti myself and I didn't say I am the one saying Ashantis are tribalistic. I said there are videos circulating online saying Ashantis are tribalistic. And I inserted examples at the intro of this video. And I went on to investigate from other tribes living in Kumasi if that is the case from their experience. And I used my findings to draw a conclusion at the end of the video. I don't think there is any malice in that anaa? Please take a deep breath, put emotions aside and analyse the video well. Thanks for the feedback though. It keeps me on my toes to learn on the job.
The problem with non Asantes is that they do not understand there is a heritage to protect. History, culture, artifacts and lineage. They think we should throw away centuries of hard work which got Asantes killed, exiled and oppressed. We should just throw them away, mix with anyone and even make a Krobo Asantehene then they will see us as embracing. But that nonsense will never happen, let them talk.
