Good day. Global problem with the car and I do not know what to do because I have tried many different options. The car is Dodge Journey 3.6 STX AWD 2012. Unstable voltage at start-up produces a voltage of 13.5-14v after 30-40 seconds of operation the voltage starts jumping 12-13-14-10-9.5-11-13-14-9-12v (then after some time it is always different) when pressing the gas pedal while driving or just standing still, increasing the revolutions to two thousand the voltage can rise to 18v and fall to 10v and in chaotic dynamics jump to 18v. The ABS and ESC icons flash on the instrument panel, the radio turns off, the speedometer needle drops to zero, then rises again and drops to zero, although the car is moving at a speed of 40-60 km per hour. And also at this time, when the current jumps, the relay clicks and it heats up (the relay is on the right side under the dashboard) Namely relay K107 IGN RUN RELAY (the values are indicated on the relay itself 2705 13742705 12V> PA66-GF45< The battery was replaced, the charge sensor on the negative terminal of the battery, a new generator was installed, nothing has changed! The car continues to behave like this. Please tell me in which direction to move in solving this problem with the car! Thank you in advance for your attention.
Scn coding would also change the vin and if u do the teach in auth it should also change the vin for u also the most important number on the Bosch units is the 0261 number that is what the hardware is and any ecu that has the same number will work
I dont know for sure . What I usually do when a client books a consult with me is get the vin year make and model and I will send it to my engineer. He will tell me the limitations or if the tool can do it. If it cant there is a safer way to do via obd with a laptop. You should ask your supplier to do the same to give you an answer
This guy sucks can’t even answer a simple question without trying to sell me a course on how to use a tool I dont even have yet also autel customer service sucks too I emailed them more then 5 times asking the same question and no one got back to me it’s annoying and has been over a week now
Sean at 03:55 PM: Hi, I saw your video on how to virginize a Mercedes ECU using the IM608. I was wondering, would I be able to do that with the Xtool D9s Pro? Curtis at 05:00 PM: Hello Curtis here from Autel Consultancy. I would recommend contacting Xtool directly as I don't know the limitations of that tool. Otherwise, you can book a consultation with me, and I'll conduct the research that you're not able to find regarding that tool. Thanks, Autel Consultancy Sean at 08:16 PM: Hi, I messaged you a bit earlier about the Xtool D9s Pro being able to renew ECU. I was wondering, would the Autel IM508 work for the SIM271DE2.0 to renew/virginize the ECU? Sean at 10:02 PM: Hi Sean, Did you make a booking for me to check? Go to Autel.Setmore.com and book the diagnostic tool consultation. This way I can ask you more questions to reveal problems that you didn't think about. Then I will give you a tool strategy that will solve those problems. Then I will send you a proposal and then you have a choice. If you just want to make use of me and my engineering expertise and want to purchase from someone else, you can do that. If you want to benefit from the tool and have me train you on how to use it to speed up your learning curve, then I can sell it to you directly and help you with the procedure. Otherwise, if you feel this is not necessary and just want generic advice, you can call Autel New York tomorrow and see if they can assist you with your question. Keep in mind that I am not affiliated with them, and the information you receive may not be accurate. Let me know if you want me to give you their number or if you want me to assist you. Sean at 12:26 AM: Will this method work with the Autel IM508? (Link to RU-vid video) Curtis at 10:18 PM: Hi Sean. Look, you're taking a risk by trying to avoid the consultation. I always tell people not to base a decision on a RU-vid video because you could be wasting your money. If you do not want me to give you certainty, contact your local supplier, and they will give you a generic answer. Sean at 10:55 PM: Thanks, but I don't have money to pay for a consultation. I'm just wondering if the tool has the same functionality. I don't have money to buy an IM608 as it's too expensive. If the IM508 doesn't support the feature, a simple yes or no would be helpful. Curtis at 10:58 PM: Hi Sean, I sell this tool, and I offer training to those clients I sell to. There was a time when I didn't charge for my solutions, but after I started to grow, I noticed that people who could not get direct answers from Autel or their supplier of choice would contact me. It got to the point that it was taking me away from my main clients because the framework that I use to give certainty is not a simple process. I get the VIN, ECU Model, etc., and I pass it to my engineer and then relay the information to the customer. If the tool doesn't support it, I will find a cheaper alternative to solve the issue. So, it's not a yes or no answer that I can give you. What you need to do is think logically if the $97 is going to save you time and money or waste your time and money. If you don't need certainty, you can call Autel New York. They will give you a quick yes or no answer. ( I made a presentation specifically for people with your minded.. its called " Don't Be an 'Ask Hole' Why I Charge for Autel Diagnostic Tool Strategies" ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FlgCeW-73H0.html)
Hi friend, do you know if the ms906 Pro has de same functions as ms906bt? Can I perform ECU replacement adaptations for engine control module, bcm, immo module, etc?
HI Carlos. I would recommend you book a consultant with me so I can align you with the right tool strategy. Otherwise if you self diagnose your self you need to purchase the tool blindly and if it doesn't suite your needs then you have to send it back.
@@carlosvallejo4326 Go to auteltech.co.za and follow the prompts to book the diagnostic tool consultation. After you secure your appointment I will call you up to run my framework. After im done you will have absolute clarity which tool is right for you and If I sell you the tool I will help you learn how to use by teaching you different skillset with it.
What I usually do to give 100 percent certainty is get the VIN number and pass the information to my engineer. What I suggest is who ever you are going to purchase from you need to ask them this same question. Otherwise I can advice you properly if you book a consultation. This is way I can see if this tool is right for your situation. If its not ill give you a solution that will solve this problem.
@@AutelConsultancy okay that sounds good. The other guy I'm meeting does work for the Land Rover dealership when it's slightly older ones in their eyes
Thank you for the information this is exactly what the dealer does to fix the problem and i had that issue after i replace the turbo in 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio But i find the solution to fix it without replacing the PCM its kinda tricky and it takes lil time you have to find a adjustable wastagate linkage and you gonna need to find the step point of the actuator wastgate there is no way to adjust that with computer but you gotta do it manually by adjusting the linkage
Hi Dan. Set up a consultation with me at auteltech.co.za . I dont give out solutions until I consult the client to make sure that I give the 100 percent accuracy with the information I give them. If you don't want the certainty and the training you can call Autel New York. Im not affiliated with them so I cant guarantee the information you will receive is accurate.
Great video, just wanted to ask if the Autel tells you where the chip is located for what ever make vehicle you are working on, or is this vw group specific. I’m new to all the stuff and just trying to educate myself before I buy any equipment, there are so many tools on the market these days which I find very confusing to be honest, I want to make sure that I spend my money on the right tools if that makes sense. Thank you, kind regards, Chris, U.K.
Hi Chris. you should book a consultation with me so I can speed up your learning curb. Its going to be challenging especially if you getting into VW key coding if you dont now , what you dont know. Go to auteltech.co.za and book the DTC Consultation. Otherwise who ever you are going to buy from , you need to ask them these questions. If they cant answer it and help you do the procedures, it will limit your potential with the tool.
My Device (Otofix D1 Pro, which runs Autel Software) says it's able to do Offline & Online Coding on VW ECU's for example. Apparently it is able to pull the needed ecu data from the web, so I'd be able to code any VW ECU... I have not yet found that Option on my scanner though! Where does it explain this functionality?
hi there , at 15:02 , you put a new 16 digits key password different than the password you pulled it out from the key at minute 10:39 , can you tell me how you got this number ? and where you got it from ? thank you
