Its really difficult to consult you properly with out logging in as their are alot of variables that might be leading to the result your having. Did you follow the exact steps on my video? Or was their different options

HI Richard, I would highly recommend you book a diagnostic tool consultation with me if you want proper tools strategy and training . Otherwise if you want to self diagnose yourself you can try asking your supplier and hope they ask you the right questions to give you the right tool strategy.

I've used the autel j2534 devices no problem. Sometimes the aftermarket tools just fail when they technically should work

I created a service that will do the following: A) Make sure the tool you are considering is right for you based on your requirements B) Give you training on the tool you selected . If you feel those benefits will help you and your customer then I can assist you by booking a diagnostic tool consultation . Your other option is if you want to self diagnose yourself and figure out what the tool can and cant do after you purchase it, you can purchase at any supplier. You need to figure out which option will help you get results.

Hi Steve, Thats a limiting belief. I always try to tell people your past doesnt dictate your future. If you have a finger and your can read , you can program. If you have the equipment I could do it with you. Its just a mindset.

Hello, you can use the Autel J2534 . Some time when a client needs training we will use what ever j2534 they have. I use the autel j2534 most of the time.

Why did the customer not choose to contact Drew tech? They offer the same training and constant support for all their products. I'm not trying to discredit your services, just trying to understand why you didn't use the Autel j2534 as that's what your marketing. I quite enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.

@@GazVDS Thats a great question. From what they tell me its almost the same problem that Autel New York has. Sometimes you will get a great tech to assist you. Sometimes you dont . Sometimes the hard to get a human on the phone and just doesn't seem that they go the extra mile to solve problems. Let me give you an example: With my service I am giving the client 3 benefits . 1 on of the 3 Drew Tech does and that's the training. But what separates me is that I offer Strategy and Transformation . Strategy- When a client comes to me to assist them with programming. Ill install the software and prep their computer for them. Ill Give them their own account Ford to look up the OEM instructions so we can document the programming and coding procedures . I can determine if the procedure is going to require a lock smith ID when doing a parameter reset . If this is the case I have access to the dealer credentials to do this operation . Then I will walk them through the procedure to ensure they will get the result for their customer. Transformation- Since they have learned my framework in the initial research phase , I will teach them how to replace their existing pricing model with what I call Value Based Pricing. This technique will give them a higher profit margin because they know justify their pricing based on the perceived value from the client. Some of my clients charge 300 to 500 USD for these type of jobs . And I have enough data to let them know what Niches pay the most for programming. Lastly I think its accessibility. I think a client would get better results if they can build a relationship with their mentor versus dealing with someone each and overtime.

I sound that way because I film these videos after consulting for a full day. By the time I am free to record with no interruptions its 4 30 AM.
