I am an electrician in Denver and we just built a 10 story homeless shelter with 12-14 rooms on floors 4-9. Massive spending to get people off the street. But these homeless people dont want off the street because they dont want to follow rules. These government agencies find ways to profit off of homelessness
Could be early crimes of mad butcher. The arson is probably related, I'm surprised the city thought that at the time. Not knowing about serial killers yet.
America is a disgrace. Sending Money to Ukraine Israel, and countless other Countries. Providing Hotels, housing, food,.clothing, gift cards, phones, health care to illegal immigrants. Yet leaving their own Homeless Citizens on the Street! What a disgrace America is! Judgement is coming!!

“GOD BLESS YOU” if these people would truly believe in the GOD their referring to they would be Like JESUS CHRIST and be able to survive on earth and not use any type of substance to Live out there. JESUS CHRIST was also homeless and because he prayed daily GOD our FATHER will Truly Bless the people with everything we need to survive just like he did for JESUS and the disciples,
It could be territorial retaliation. When I lived there I spent some time in an apartment overlooking Speer Blvd. We could see how a crew of them would panhandle the intersection, and how they paid "tribute" to another, parked nearby in his old Lincoln. One guy in particular was obviously not cool with that system. We saw him and Mr. Town Car almost come to blows. Two days later his body was in Cherry Creek. My friend called the tipline and relayed what we saw. She never received a callback, and as far as I know, it remained unsolved.
