The cut looks great, but you can do better than bending back that support bracket. It wouldn't take much to cut it off, round it over, and paint it.

How do remount the remaining inner liner after cutting through it and off?

So you cut the plastic wheel well liner allowing mud and water to splash into your fog light, et. al. Couldn’t you do this cut and reset the liner? The only fail I see with your cut angle that I like.

Did you notice any difference in road noise after the chop? I assume this can also be used to help rubbing with bigger tires.

I got it in black and it scratches and leaves marks so easily. They use a bad pant process that’s for sure. It should be only worth $1500, $2,000 not $3,000. Prob better tents out there for that price. Just buyer beware!

Love it but would have added a black edge protector to bring the black finder flair color down... not to mention, leaving raw plastic and paint edge will eventually cause the paint to let go... Just a matter of time or a good edge hit that then will be tough to hide... Other than that, I love it & intend to do it. Thanks!
