A genuine conversation about having a conversation about genuine conversations: Awesome :D ..........I love this 100!! I have a 99 LX470 282k and this definitely gives me ideas.
Awesome build, but I have to say that the conversation at the end was the best part. Those are the kind of conversations that make me want to sit around the campfire with fellow off roaders.
That's one very cool 100 series. 😎 Only criticism is, the poxy suspension he chose. OME is such an average performing setup to have on any heavy IFS 100 Series Cruiser, especially one of this calibre. Oh well, hopefully he has upgraded that suspension by now.
That’s an awesome rig !! I drive a 100 series V8 2002 now for 14 years, completely OEM. Now started with bfGoodr. and some new braid rims. Steelbumps fr. and back, warn winch etc. This definitely inspires me to go for more. Super clean !! Luv it! Cheers from the swiss alps 🇨🇭
Great inspiration for me while I'm inside waiting for the rain to stop so me and the fam. can finish the 1" body lift from Trail Tailor on our 99 UZJ100!
2.5 inch on an ifs is a decent lift. Those ball joints on the UCA look a little squashed. Other than that, it's a decent 100 especially considering its not a common platform in USA.
@@jeroenwasserthal2402 @Lars Ronning the grill looks like Sharknet (from landsharkoutfitters.com/products/sharknet) and the lights look like one piece Depo headlights. If you can't find the headlights, hit up Ranma21 at Ih8mud.com (forum.ih8mud.com/threads/98-2005-landcruiser-depo-1-piece-clear-head-lamp-interest.823928/#post-9448069)
grill is from a custom shop actually called “Land Cruiser Grilles” i’m pretty sure it’s at landcruisergrilles.com. or something similar. the headlights are available online maybe even Amazon. they’re one-piece headlights from a company called Dipo and he’s had them customized with LED projectors by a different company called HID. he bought the lights and then sent them to HID to customize them.
@@beanzermin Awesome rig! Been working on my 99. What was the name of those 6 texture kits you used?? Awesome finish! Also, you mentioned you painted it after. Did the product finish bot look gokd? With what? Single stage or base plus clear or matte? Cheers!
Where can I find those Whelen light mounts for the rear hatch spoiler? Those are super cool. I like how it bolts up to the same holes as the spoiler, so no need to drill.
Christians Prepared and Ready those aren't Whelen mounts, only whelen lights bolted to the mounts. I bought those mounts from a company that has since gone out of business. I can't even remember the company name anymore!
No rubbing issues for him that I am aware of, but I am sure a 100 series fender well and a 200 series are different. But I do know he does not have mud flaps on the truck.
