Just have to point out the hypocrisy of this film… it’s trying to convey the notion of being present in the now by ignoring distractions, but then it barrages us with all these different speakers that visually gives us a whole new major set of input to digest every two minutes. Very non-present evoking and counterproductive. I also think it’s insulting to the monkeys to call it “monkey brain”. As a species that still has to worry about simply surviving day to day, they are likely more present and mindful than any of us could hope to be. 🐒🐅
I'm so grateful to find this video. I learned a lot if things. I have full of insecurities, fears and lack if self esteem. I am currently in my social media detox and it really helps me to stay focus and see my real self.
I have recurring negative thoughts all day long, and I wake up thinking about a checklist I must complete before I can go to sleep again. It's exhausting.
You can't imagine how I am grateful for this content. Thank you so much. It's the most complete and useful video about public speaking I've ever watched. You are just a shining star!!!
I love this video! It is so detailed on each point, yet easy to use and apply each principle. Awesome job! I'll start applying these to my public speaking and content creation immediately.
1. Urgency -DO IT NOW!! 2. Take decision first, then plan 3. 5 major decision - 100% responsibility - what u want - goal setting - best use of time energy resources - time blocking - be a giver - invest in yourself
I'm related to him somehow. My grandma told me about him when I was a kid. She had all the newspaper articles and everything when he forgave him and from when he was kidnapped. My grandma's name was Vonnie Ritchey. I believe her neice is his wife.
I believed in positive psychology and our thoughts can change our reality. However, I also believe in karma and all those things that had happened to us in the family / childhood that wasn't a results of our 'thoughts' only. Don't blame yourself for negative thoughts, give compassion to yourself and know that you can change your thought starting today.
