I recently purchased a Mine E-Hybrid and have a question about charging. I am using the 3-pin plug provided by the dealer and my electricity provider offers a lower rate between 12 am and 7 am. Is there an option in the app to set a timer to charge during these hours? I would appreciate your advice on this matter thanks.
I’ve just collected a cupra Born v3 and had a formentor which the keyless entry worked fine but doesn’t work with the Born but do I need to connect my keys through the infotainment system/settings as I’m trying to remember if I did that with my formentor but currently I’m pressing unlock/lock? Thanks for any advice.
i guess AC uses an electric compressor that runs without petrol engine on, right? Can you also show us the app on the phone and what can you do remotely? for e.g, can you start AC to precondition the car?
You can turn on the cooling in the car and get it to pre heat the vehicle...in the hybrid version at least. I can't show you the latest version of the app,I didn't subscribe to it after the first year,I didn't think the £100 they wanted a year was worth it
Iv’e got the VZ2 310ps, got Guard X when i bought it, not sure if it’s any good though, also i had the panoramic sunroof as an extra and had nothing but problems with it, just had a new sunroof casette fitted as the other would not close and now it is in again as the sunshade will not close fully, got a Cupra Leon hybrid as a loaner, not a bad car, car does look good when they are fully cleaned though. 👍

I've had the car for 2 and a half years and the little glitch never reappeared. The car has been faultless really and id definitely recommend getting the e-hybrid if you have home charging.We have and as such we only ever use petrol when on a long journey or if towing....the rest of the time we love driving in electric mode,firstly because it's so smooth and secondly because it's far cheaper than petrol. We have decided to go full electric when we change in 6 months
Newbie to Cupra Formentor, just got it. If I am picking someone up how do I unlock the passenger door without having to lean right over and manually doing it. Probably a dumb question but can’t see an unlock button ??
Is anyone here in the comments spotted this annoying & completely wasteful quirk with the Cupra PHEV. I open my door & it drains around 3% of my available charge. I just hoovered my car it wasn’t l plugged in & I don’t have rhe departure aircon enabled & whatever is going on it sucked 6% of my available charge . I didn’t press the start button & it’s daylight so no lights either. Where did 768W of power disappear to?? Does anyone know this can’t be normal surely this would be using the 12v battery like any normal petrol car!!
You can also turn your engine off and immediately lower your windscreen arm to the bottom position (single movement), this will put the wipers in the correct position without altering any settings via the computer.
Is there a way of disabling the Lane keep assist permanently instead of switching back on every time the car is started? It is horrid and invasive in my opinion. Having to press the screen four times every time I use it is ridiculous.
If you look in my guides tho,there is a shortcut without having to go to the screen......press the lane assist button on the left of the steering wheel then press ok on the jog wheel on the right side of the steering wheel and it will disable it.
Bro i got the cupra leon it had 15k Kilometers its new but my battery is so fast draining so i drive almost every day for 2 hours charging in the car while driving. Before this i had a Golf 7gte ehybrid and with that car i never had to charge it because of the regeneration. Is there any way for a good regen but not every time the brake light goes on because if you drive on the highway every time you let the gas go the brake flashes.. pls help guys🙌🙌 i drive it in the cupra mode in its D not S
Oh great, screen lag! Replacing my company merc for one of these and dreading it. Mercedes for 3yrs, never missed a beat, everything worked first time always after 120k miles. I cannot see the cupra crap doing the same 😢

looked at the 201bhp 1.4 engine and it seemed to struggle on just the engine when the battery is empty. especially uphill, Is the 245bhp any better, whats the engine like on a motorway
the 201 bhp 1.4 plug in tends to suffer from power when the battery is empty. It really has to rev to join a motorway. Does yr 245 hav better power when no battery, especially if you have a long hill as those in Devon. cheers
It comes and goes...for instance,when I start the journey it may show my time to work in one pane but after a while it changes to 2 panes,music and navigation.
Mines been fine,probably a Google but g that will be updated quickly....I think it's because Google has to cater for so many other phone manufacturers who fiddle with the pure Google!
I just picked mine up from the dealer, it’s used a year old. He said all updates done but I noticed driving home on M1 it slowed as I wanted to overtake. Got another update today but used it on A14 for overtaking and no problem. Only small problem I have left is sometimes the road sign indicates 110, assume that’s km but not sure
