Awesome, that's a lot of effort by your mom! 2 broad questions ; 1. how is the rest of the unused sauce stored - and how long can they be stored for? 2. Would using store bought friend shallots help accelerate the process of mincing fresh shallots and the 10-15minutes of constant frying ? Thank you
Thank you for the recipe. Made this today and it is delicious, super light and fluffy. I had an issue with removing it from the tin, as mine doesn't get separated into two parts, might have to try a different one next time. Great recipe!

I made these yesterday....it was super yummy. But my cookies is a bit more flat than yours and a bit oily. Not sure why....maybe I bake in a hot and humid climate. Next time I will cut down on butter.
