Great job! I do decks of cards: I have 7 decks: I draw from the deck 1,2 cards depending on how I feel. Anything under 10, I draw another card. You can get creative. 👍🏾🕍👍🏻

I went back in time on this one been trying to get my push up count up too 50 straight. I can do 25 full extension now....and about 35 half rep push ups.this is going to help me get through. Thank you black man,
