I know what happened to your ps5 the ps5 can not be stand up the ps5 has Vince on the side and at the bottom when you stand it up heats cannot come out so your PS5 will overheat especially when you're playing PlayStation 5 games runs at a higher resolution so it causes the PS5 to heat up you cannot stand up your PS5 if you would damage it if you stand it up ps4 games are fine
Thanks to techwiz0 my ps5 seems to bricked after an hour of play I was able to play an hour of austro until the controller randomly disconnected and refuse to sync back to the console it just flashed blue light when I pressed my ps5 hooking it via cable didn't help techwiz0 got it fixed

It should work just fine if not better than before. I doubt they'd want you sending it back a second time, but I can't speak for the corporate overlords
Guess I'm God's favorite child cause my PS5 has not broken and it's brand new so we'll see what time will tell I'm just gonna do my thing and play I have mine on a external fan that takes extra hot air out seems that fan helps me alot
I didn't have much data to start but no I didn't keep any of it. Most stuff stays with your account but if you need specific data you'd have to put it in a drive before sending it in
hey your videos helped me out , i just got my ps5 back from sony playstation uk , they actually repaired mine instead of sending a replacement and it works! my ps4 lasted a whole generation without any problems so i hope now my ps5 is repaired it will last the same amount of time if not i still have three months warranty left but i am not jinxing myself!
This just happened to me today. You're right about the other vids out there... Thank you, for the vid of NOT being able to even get to safe mode! (Mine came from Sony direct Feb of '22 and has this problem mid May?) Box for repair already on the way.

I’m about to send mine back. Got it end of January and had the blank screen issue, now the past two nights it randomly goes blank and comes back every 30 seconds. Wild
When you send the ps5 are you supposed to get a email from Sony saying they got it ? Cause fed ex said they delivered my ps5 7h ago but ain’t hasn’t sent me no type of email saying they got it I’m kinda scared they sent it to the wrong location
I got no confirmation from Sony that they received it. But once it's in FedEx's hands you should be all good. It took them about a week to send me my replacement after I shipped mine off.
Finally found someone with my recent experience!!!!!!! Dude you are echoing my thoughts, experience word for word. Yes PSN customer service was actually quick. Last Saturday i submitted my repair request, got the box Tuesday, sent it back Tuesday, was at work so quick access to FedEx, delivered to them Thursday, but received/assigned yesterday Feb 11th. All of my research was the safe mode trouble shooting and not the power supply. I’m watching your series of this experience tho. Lol but Sir, thank you!!!!
Always get this problem with customers 1 people leave the console plugged into the power can cause blue light problem 2 playing in thunder storm can cause power supply problems 3 people turns the console for hours and not letting it cool down even if it's brand new doesn't mean it will not get the problem 4 thunder storm can cause hdmi ic damage to the board and its not on the warranty so I'm telling everyone who got any console don't turn your console on if there is rain Fixes 1 Sony replacement for the console 2 power supply replacement if you don't have any warranty on it I hope people listen to my words carefully every machine will die some day but if you take care of it will stay with you for long time
You didn't get a repair you got a refurbished console returned. Glad you got one back, they still using fedex who is stealing ps5's. Take a photo of your serial number before you send and that way you will know if your console is the same or the referbished.
The problem is, playstation is receiving broken ps5's then repackaging them as new, then re-selling the used refurbished consoles as new. I'm sending my ps5 back yet again because the ps5 yet again cannot connect online. The problem they now stated is games like apex legends or battlefield 2042 are not coded correctly. Those games send corrupted data to your console, your console attempts to run the game and work around the corrupted code the game has in it. That is what's destroying ps5's. The safe way to play your ps5 is do not play games owned by EA. EA is solely a profit based company with the full intent to gain profit without caring if the operating systems of their games work. They do not focus efforts on fixing glitches or anything just make momey. This is why all there games get ran into the ground. They dont have a single care 4 the consumer.

Bro, I sent mine 12/6/21 and they received it today 12/9/21 and they shipped it off the same day, lmao I’m not sure if they just said fuck it and replaced it 😂
Mine totally absolutely bricked. No lights or anything. Nothing happens. Only 3 1/2 hours of use. Tried new power cord and everything. I figured they would have some of the kinks out by now.
