They Did live up to there Name, as "KISS, THE BEST SHOW ON EARTH". I Saw them, I believe it was 2000-2001, Ted Nugent opened. It was one of The LOUDEST INDOOR CONCERTS I've Ever Attended, & I played in a Band, & was totally used to playing on stage, with LOUD EQUIPMENT. GREAT FREAKING SHOW THOUGH. Ted Nugent freaking Rocked it, Massively, & KISS Just Finished the Night Out, PERFECTLY. 🎸🥁❗
Yes. The LL bean boots are good, but the Schnees uppers are of a heavier cut of leather, and IMO better workmanship. The lowers last me, maybe two to three hunting seasons before the tire tread wears out and they begin to crack. The lowers are definitely the weak link. I think they are sourced overseas
Love everything about the rifle except the fingergroove forearm. Those look more at home on a 1930's Remington on Winchester than on such a fine modern piece.
I have a shotgun similar to yours. I want to restore it. Where can I ship it to? I don't seem to trust many shops but I have to take a chance at some point. Help a brother out! Good video by the way.
50 years from now, in mint condition, that gorgeous rifle will command a very high price. Make sure that whomever receives it is worthy of receiving and appreciating fine craftsmanship.
If you are referring to the blue barrel house in the kennel that is a K-9 Kondo dog house. When filled with straw they are exceedingly comfortable and warm in very cold temperatures. That said, our dogs are hose dogs and sleep indoors at night.
It has been my dream since my youth to own a classy custom doublegun. While this gun was in excellent condition as-is, it was not exactly what I wanted and was intended to be a donor gun for my project. I did try to hunt the gun as it was but the stock had way too much drop and was too short. Alas, the final result of this restoration and restock is absolutely stunning and gives me great joy to hold, shoot and hunt. I have not made a video to display the finished product for various reasons but it can be seen on my Instagram if you care to look.
I've always just breasted mine in the field in the past. Our 2nd season opens up next weekend and I will definitely try ageing them like I do deer and then plucking. That skin is going to be delicious! Thanks for the video.
I wore it all fall and into January here in Kentucky, It was very warm. I ran it with a merino base layer and very seldom did I need a mid layer. I love the slit in the back to let your harness pass through.
David Lomm you could call it that, but still very small and cabin like. Most folks would not be able to adapt to living here full time even after the addition.
