50 years from now, in mint condition, that gorgeous rifle will command a very high price. Make sure that whomever receives it is worthy of receiving and appreciating fine craftsmanship.

I just got a Cooper squirrel hmr a week ago. Nightforce 12-42 Br, great combo. The Cooper target that came with it was a deal clincher, pretty much a one hole group.

Can you find 17m2 ammo these days ? I got rid of mind for lack of ammo, and it was to loud for my squirrel hunting taste .

Love everything about the rifle except the fingergroove forearm. Those look more at home on a 1930's Remington on Winchester than on such a fine modern piece.

Most people who rate .22 rifles have never even shot one of these. This is the best .22 on the market.

I hunt paper targets...trouble with this rifle is it only makes one hole in the paper.

Well you can buy a marlin model 60 and you will have many holes in the paper lol. If you do own a cooper enjoy
