I will be reviewing Radio - Accessories - Antenna, both Ham - PMR & CB Related Content. These Are My Personal/own Critic Reviews, Like or Dislike.
I have travelled far, and wide, meeting Ham/PMR/CB radio enthusiastic people up, and down the length of the UK. Purchasing immaculate, and quite often pristine radio equipment to review.

Be nice if ut was in the USA cause we xan buy a president lincolin yiu xan too. This be great for 29.600 Can if be pc programeecas a repeater split radio .. 29.620/520 Ect
What was the point of this video? What is better/different about the Lincoln 2 plus? Most of these radios are cheaply made by the same Chinese manufacturer and have similar faults and quality control problems. They all sound poor especially on receive compared to a radio from years ago.
I just got one of these and pressing Func_P1+Power does not get me to the menu to change it to GB CB channels, it just boots up like normal. It came extended from Knights. Any help would be appreciated.
I suggest that you read the instructions before reviewing a radio , you repeated things so many times , and didn’t even demonstrate the secondary functions of the buttons on the left of the screen, wow
This is actually the same radio as the TEAM FX-CB. I Have always done very well with TEAM equipment and am seriously considering installing this in an Emcomm Go-BOX. This extension gives the radio 10, 11 and 12m capabilitie so that would be interesting for a licensed amateur. Only thing I don't like so far is the fact it doesn't show frequency but just channel number and it not doing SSB is a big downside. That last bit might actually be a deal-breaker for me. But if you're not an Amateur, and you just need a good CB, this might do very very well... Especially for the size and price
Can I ask I have ones of these superstar 3900 but in blue dials and blue but could you please tell me what band is Uk forty channels on ??? Fm but what band
I just bought a president McKinley 12/24 volts. But I think I got the wrong one. Be because when I push the frequency button it just stays EU. Could u please tell me the right One to get. I'm in the uk. Thanks nr163.
The radio functions/options, most of them turn on/off holding/pressing a button, while switching on the radio, I did a few test video's, but when I cycled through the 7 back ground colours, on the camcorder, the colours were very bright, which interfered with the black numbers/letters on the radio face of the viewing screen, I have not found an option on the radio itself to turn down the screen brightness. There is an option on the radio, to have the NB & Compander on together, or one, or the other. There wasn't anyone on the radio, when I was going through the channels, to test the NB & compander, but at a guess I'm thinking it will alter the RF Gain on the radio. The OPEK HCS-100, the antenna sections are heavy than the Hymalaya WB sections, so the three sections screwed together, it will be a two man job getting it into the air.
Hi, yes there are a few on 37am mainly just listening out for the regulars, a lot on 27.555 USB when the skip comes out, no one seems to use LSB here, I have heard a few people mobile in Seaton Crew. There are a lot more people on because of lock down, people sell up, then a few months later they buy a radio to see who is still on. lol
